Paige initially posted a video on TikTok on Tuesday with the caption 'like I know what you're doing stink,' accompanied by hashtags 'real,' 'cheater,' and 'relatable.'
Since then, hundreds of social media users have flooded her page, urging her to share more details about the tricks.
'Cmon don't gate keep, I need to knowwww,' one person begged her to give a tutorial, as another wrote, 'Waittttt whatttt drop the details lady.'
Paige responded to those requests hours later by posting a two-minute video that walks through the process step by step.
'I have an Xfinity Wi-Fi and I have an app that's connected to it. Once you get on the app, it's going to tell you who else are connected to the Wi-Fi,' she explained.
Paige told her viewers that they need to assign the devices used by their partners to their accounts, before going back to the home screen.
'You are going to set up an active time limit,' she said, instructing the viewers to click on the devices they want to check and navigate to the settings.
'Once you do that, it shows you the top used apps, how much you have been on, how much they have been on, and how much they have been on Wi-Fi using those apps,' she said.
Paige acknowledged that it only worked for her, and she doesn't know if users on different services would be able to use those functions.
'I don't know if you have to take all of those steps at first, simply because I did this in an accident. I didn't even mean to do it,' she added.

'I’d be outta there so quick. Not cause I’m not loyal but because I refuse to be in a relationship with no trust,' one person wrote.
Another user also shared their own experience: 'My ex literally did this to me. Watched everything I did. Even after divorce I had no idea cause WiFi was still in his name.'
Paige fired back, saying: 'Did you ever think maybe he made a decision lost my trust? It didn’t start this way.'
'But if you do something to lose that trust, it’s now up to you to earn that trust back, you don’t just run because you got caught.'
