The Dolphins and Vikings have topped the NFL's report card rankings, with Miami grading first out of 32 NFL teams and Minnesota finishing second.

For the second year, the NFLPA distributed the survey to players, asking them to grade their franchises in categories such as treatment of facilities, food, locker room, training staff, head coach and more.

And the Dolphins and Vikings proved to be the standard of the league, with Miami placing first in six categories including weight room, team travel, owner and food/cafeteria.

The Vikings, meanwhile, earned the top grades in treatment of facilities, nutritionist/dietician, locker room and strength coaches.

Both of the team's head coaches earned strong grades as well, with Mike McDaniel earning an A and Kevin O'Connell scoring an A+.

Notably, the Eagles' Nick Sirianni and the Cowboys' Mike McCarthy earned A grades as well despite both ending the season on the hot seat after first-round playoff losses.

It should be noted that the survey was conducted between August and November.

However, the Jets' Robert Saleh did not rank as highly - earning a B grade and just the 24th overall score out of 32 head coaches.

Just 72 percent of Jets players who responded felt that Saleh was efficient with his time.

Interestingly, the Jets' training staff also finished 29th - with Aaron Rodgers suffering a season-ending Achilles tear in Week 1, and the offensive line also ravaged by injuries.

In other categories, the Bills' and Raiders' weight rooms were given an A+, while the Eagles, 49ers and Texans ranked near the top for best food.

After the Vikings and Dolphins, the Eagles, Packers, Broncos, Jaguars and Ravens were also given A grades for their owners.

And despite their disappointing seasons respectively, the Giants, Panthers and Cardinals' head coaches were all given A- grades.

1,706 active players - 77 percent of the league - responded to the survey in full.
