'He was in control from the start,' Odom said of the bull. 'I tried to catch up - couldn't get there.'

Tickets were priced at $150 a pop, according to The Daily Caller.

Proceeds will go to the football program for scholarships, equipment, and facilities.

Odom led the UNLV Rebels to a 9-5 record in his first campaign with the team this past season, bringing in crowds of 40,000+ fans to Allegiant Stadium on several occasions.

The team also qualified for its first Mountain West Conference Championship Game in program history, but lost to Boise State in that game.

UNLV also earned a spot in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl, the program's first bowl game appearance in a decade, losing to Kansas.
