This is the incredible moment a grandmother and mother-of-three was dragged into the air by a store's electric shutters just as it had opened for the day.
CCTV footage captured Anne Hughes, 71, stood outside the Best One supermarket in Tonteg, South Wales, just before 8am on Monday when owner Amir Akram arrived to open up.
However, as she stands with her back to the entrance, the bottom of her raincoat was caught on the store shutter.
As it rises, it drags poor Anne up with it, leaving her hanging upside down and desperately grasping for her shopping trolley.
Speaking at her home near the shop, Anne said: 'I'm telling everyone it's the shop where prices don't go up but the staff do.
'All I could think of at the time was that I hope I don't fall down flat on my face.'
I was just stood there when my coat got caught and up I went. I thought flipping heck!
'People say it could happen to anyone, no, it could only happen to me! It's just lucky I've got a good sense of humour.'
Within moments, the shopkeeper of the store rushes out and unhooks Anne before placing her safely back on her feet.

The footage was posted by the store on social media, and has gone viral in the last 24 hours, being viewed and shared hundreds of thousands of times.
Best One bosses insisted that Anne was unharmed in the bizarre incident.
They joked: 'Don't hang about like Ann, come down to best one to get the best deals! The only thing going up in this shop is our staff, not the prices!'
Anne added: 'He ran over and managed to twist me around before bringing the shutters back down again.
'I don't have a head for heights so I was glad to get my feet back on the ground.
'Amir offered to get me a chair and a cup of coffee to help me recover but I said I was OK and had a cigarette to calm me down.'
Anne was sporting a bruised face and black eye - but said it was from another accident and not her shutter shocker.
She said: 'I've been suffering falls for the past six months or so and the doctors up the hospital think it's from low blood pressure - it was going up then.
'I was lucky my coat didn't break because I really didn't want to land on my face again.'

Anne has worked as a cleaner in the popular village store for more than five years. after retiring from her career as a carer.
Her colleagues said she saw the funny side after watching the CCTV of her shutter surprise.
One colleague said today: 'She is a lovely lady and it was quite a surprise for her.
'But luckily she wasn't hurt in any way. We know customers have been looking at the video - and we are just glad she is well.'
Villagers praised Anne for not panicking during the 'absolutely terrifying' incident.
One said: 'Fair play to her! I hope she's ok, and I'm guessing by the share that she sees the funny side of it.'
Another said: 'Omg poor Ann!! Bless her heart. I'm glad she's okay xx'
Anne said: 'I've learned my lesson, I won't stand as close in future.'
The store is located on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac next to a beauty salon and newsagents.
