The notorious squatter refusing to leave a Long Island couple's $2million home previously modeled for raunchy male magazines.

Brett Flores, 32, appeared in the saucy photospread naked, concealing his modesty with a fluffy pillow.

In an accompanying interview, he talked cheekily about 'liking it' with the lights 'way down low, baby'.

There was no mention of his nursing or care-taking career, that he claims wins him the right to stay in the mansion owned by Joseph and Susana Landa, the retired couple he is now sparring with in court and in the press.

The Landa's bought the house in October for $2million, buying it from the nephew of its previous owner, gay bachelor Bernie Fernandez.

According to Flores, he had a 'private arrangement' with Fernandez that involved him being paid $3,000 a week to look after him.

It's unclear whether Flores' wife and child were also living in the house when Fernandez was alive.

DailyMail.com can reveal that police were called to the property in December -ten months after Fernandez's death - for a domestic dispute.

Flores was arrested for assaulting his wife, according to court documents.

The 32-year-old Flores told the magazine he worked as a bartender and waiter in Waikki in Honolulu, Hawaii and Santa Monica in Los Angeles. He said personal training is a passion

When asked what he has learned from modeling, he told the magazine: 'Things are not always what they seem on the surface. There's a lot of tedious work, and creative effects that goes into creating some of the final shots you see in photos'

The former clotheshorse has now found himself cast as a real life villain over the squatting - with DailyMail.com also uncovering an upcoming court date on charges of assaulting his wife.

NYPD detectives were called to the home he is squatting one morning in December 2023. Flores and his wife, who was not named, were said to have been arguing over their baby, who was in the hospital.

His spouse was recording the argument, with Flores said to have shoved her out of the bedroom they were in and thrown her to the floor after she stopped filming.

The alleged incident is said to have left Flores' wife with an injured left hand, wrist and sore pelvis.

In the interview, Flores also spoke of how he enjoys sleeping in his 'birthday suit'.

And asked about his dream role, the aspiring actor said he'd love to play a villain 'who has some ridiculous plan for world domination.'

Flores was previously convicted for disobeying a traffic dev for a March 3, 2020 violation in Queens on December 31, 2020. The incident was two points off his license and he had to pay a $50 fine.

He also had his driver's license revoked when he was living in his native California. During that time, he was involved in a burglary.

He has also lived in Hawaii, California, and Ohio where he has had trouble with the law.

Flores has insisted he is the rightful occupier of late bachelor Bernard Fernandez'  spacious three-bed, four bathroom home.

He has not clarified further. Neighbors spoke fondly of Fernandez, who they say had an on-off boyfriend, but knew little of Flores.

He has resisted attempts by the Landas to kick him out. The couple bought the property so their son, who has Down syndrome, could have a safe and comfortable place to live.

Eyewitnesses claim the house is in bad shape, with rubbish strewn outside.

Much of the furniture inside is covered in dust sheets, with Flores allegedly renting out rooms to others via Airbnb-type websites.

The house is also recorded by 10 security cameras, whose feeds appear to be monitored by the Landas.
