Georgia housewife Lindsay Shiver has been spotted catching up with her Bahamian lover as the pair prepare to go on trial for allegedly plotting to murder her wealthy ex-college football player husband.
Exclusive DailyMail.com images show Shiver, 37, and Terrance Adrien Bethel, 28, hanging out in Abaco, the tiny island where six months ago they were arrested for supposedly enlisting a hitman to kill Robert Shiver, 38.
Onlookers say the pair looked chatty and relaxed as they enjoyed a low-key lunch Saturday at Colors, a popular seafood restaurant, making little effort to hide or stay out of sight.
It's the first time the blonde mom-of-three has been seen fraternizing with her co-accused outside of court hearings.

The pair, who were due to appear in court on Monday, appeared in great spirits on Saturday as they met up for lunch at Colors, a popular seafood restaurant, in Marsh Harbour, Abaco

Former cheerleader Shiver was given permission to return to the US in December to live with her parents in Abbeville, Alabama, with an electronic ankle tag monitoring her movements.
She's barred from going within 100 feet of her estranged husband but there are no restrictions on her meeting with Bethel and she was due to be in Nassau, the Bahamian capital, this week for the start of her trial.
Shiver, Bethel, and would-be assassin Faron Newbold Jr, 29, appeared before the island's Supreme Court Monday morning but Judge Cheryl Grant-Thompson adjourned the case until July 1 to give the prosecution more time to prepare.
Major cases are frequently plagued by delays in the overburdened Bahamian justice system where it typically takes three years or longer to make it to trial.
The trio face up to 60 years in a hellhole Nassau prison if prosecutors can persuade a jury that private WhatsApp messages they sent one another saying they 'wanted to kill' Robert represented a genuine murder plot.
Insiders with knowledge of the prosecution case have previously told DailyMail.com that it doesn't mention anything about a weapon, nor does it unveil any planning or particular steps the three took to murder insurance exec Robert.
The case hinges instead on a handful of text messages and a disputed 'confession' from Shiver who admitted in a police interview that she told Bethel she 'wanted to kill' Robert and that Bethel 'understood' and 'wanted to kill him also.'

In the same police interview she insisted, however, that any talk of killing was 'said out of anger and frustration' in the aftermath of a huge argument she had with Robert, who filed for divorce in April.
The bust-up at the heart of the supposed murder-for-hire scheme happened on July 16 when Shiver tried to join Robert and their kids on a trip to the Abaco Islands, where the couple own a swish townhouse in the upscale resort of Baker's Bay.
Shiver, who was arrested in July, is barred from leaving Nassau as a condition of her $100,000 bail and must register her address with court officials
Shiver reported her ex to the Thomasville Police Department saying he refused to let her come and pushed her outside the $2.5million marital home they were still sharing.
Responding officers took no action after Robert denied assaulting Shiver, saying they were going through a divorce and his wife only wanted to fly to the Bahamas on their private jet so she could see her 'boyfriend'.
That same day Bahamian police stumbled unknowingly into the dispute when they began investigating a break-in the previous evening at Grabbers, a waterfront bar close to Baker's Bay where Bethel worked nights.
Investigators examined his phone because he was one of the last people on site and stumbled across unrelated messages between himself and Newbold Jr.
'This n***a rolled up on Lindsay and wouldn't let her on the plane and he put his hands on her. I am about to come out of retirement for this n***a,' Bethel is alleged to have written to his childhood friend.
Shiver's lawyers asked a judge for no further delays in her case saying she has three children 'she would like to get back to as soon as possible'

'He is flying into Baker's Bay, she is thinking about letting me kill him but he has the kids.'
Cops arrested Shiver on July 21, examined her iPhone and discovered she had sent Newbold Jr 'several pictures of her husband Robert Shiver' along with a text stating 'kill him,' it's alleged.
When Bahamian authorities informed Robert of the alleged threat, he branded his wife 'manipulating' and accused her of having multiple affairs.
The marriage crumbled for good when he discovered his wife's relationship with Bethel in February, Robert told investigators.
'If something were to happen to me Lindsay would receive loads of money,' added the dad-of-three, who flew back to the US while his ex was transferred to Nassau where she spent 19 days locked up in a rat-infested jail.

Shiver was eventually released on $100,000 bail and ordered to stay in the Bahamas, wear a GPS ankle monitor, report to police three times a week and abide by an 8pm curfew.
Her bail terms were later revised to allow her to return to the US so long as she returned this week for what was due to be the beginning of her trial.
Shiver has been living with her parents in her native Alabama while Robert continues to date new flame, Chrisley Knows Best alum Savannah Chrisley, 26.
He and his estranged wife are still scheduled to square off in Thomas County Superior Court, however, in their hostile divorce and custody battle.
While Robert has accused his wife of cheating, she countered with accusations of 'physical and mentally cruel treatment' and said the relationship with Bethel was 'legally condoned' by her husband.
Alabama native Shiver graduated from Auburn University, where the two met in 2007 while Robert was captain of the football team.
Robert signed with the Atlanta Falcons as a free agent but was let go in roster cuts ahead of the 2009 season and eventually became executive vice president for Senior Life Insurance Company.
Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com last August, Bethel declared his love for Shiver and said her marriage was on the rocks long before he came on the scene.
'None of us have anything to hide. People are taking everything at face value and defaming us,' he said.
