As of now, Bill Belichick will not be coaching in the NFL next season. That's left him with plenty of options for what he could do in 2024.
One of those offers comes from an unlikely source: Peyton Manning, the former Indianapolis Colts quarterback who suffered at the short-end of a rivalry against Belichick, Tom Brady, and the New England Patriots.
According to Andrew Marchand of The Athletic, Manning is trying to sign Belichick to his entertainment company - Omaha Productions.
Omaha has been working with ESPN for a few years now and produces the alternate 'Manningcast' on Monday Night Football for select weeks in the NFL season.
As Marchand reports, 'If Manning were to sign Belichick, the idea of teaming with ESPN to create a Belichick and Nick Saban 'Manningcast' is expected to be broached, according to officials briefed on the plans.'

Manning and Belichick played against each other for years and could now team up at ESPN
If Belichick is hired to ESPN, he could possibly team up with friend and coach Nick Saban
That follows after Saban - a close friend of Belichick's - announced his retirement at the end of the college football season.
The Alabama head coach made the jump to ESPN - where he will be the fifth person at the desk for the 'Worldwide Leader in Sports'' premiere college football preview show: 'College GameDay'.
Marchand says Belichick has yet to meet with ESPN, but the company is interested in hiring him.
He has also reportedly met with executives at CBS and NBC. Notably, Marchand's report does not say that he has met with FOX yet.
A move to FOX would be something of a reunion of sorts at a network that seems to be brimming with players from the Patriots Dynasty. Not only is Tom Brady set to step into the booth next season as the No. 1 color commentator, but the desk already features ex-New England tight end Rob Gronkowski and wide receiver Julian Edelman.
'Networks are also a bit hesitant to offer a spot on a desk because of the strong belief that Belichick, who turns 72 next month, wants to return to the sidelines to pursue Don Shula’s record for all-time wins,' Marchand says.
He adds: 'Belichick has made it clear he only wishes to talk about aspects of football that interest him, but this is, of course, a two-way street.'
