Republican fabulist George Santos has made a dramatic return to the Capitol three months after he was expelled - and announced he will be running for Congress again.

The Long Island Liar arrived in the House for President Joe Biden's State of the Union and spoke to former colleagues in the shock appearance.

He said he will be launching a primary challenge against his New York Republican nemesis Nick LaLota.

'New York hasn't had a real conservative represent them since I left office arbitrarily, thanks to RINO, empty suits like [LaLota],' Santos wrote on X.

LaLota launched the effort to kick Santos out of Congress.

'Pathetic little man… Since you refuse to move to the district, I’m coming in hot!' Santos seethed, calling him a 'Democrat RINO with an abysmal record!'

LaLota shot back on X, along with a link to donate to his campaign: 'To raise the standard in Congress, and to hold a pathological liar who stole an election accountable, I led the charge to expel George Santos. If finishing the job requires beating him in a primary, count me in.'

The Constitution does not have any provisions barring expelled members from entering Congress again.

Santos and LaLota have sparred for months.

'I don't like Nick LaLota. He's a traditional meathead,' Santos said in November.

'If he faces a true challenger, well funded, one person without a spoiler candidate, he might not win,' Santos continued. 'He's not well-liked. He's an arrogant person. He's not a nice guy. He's cocky. He's a traditional meathead, somebody that's not nice to you for no reason.'

The ousted GOP member who fabricated most of his resume and used campaign funds on botox and OnlyFans still has privileges that mean he can get on the House floor.

He joined the rest of the lawmakers who arrived ahead of the 81-year-old president's big speech.

The Long Island congressman, who stole donor funds to spend on OnlyFans and Botox, in December became just the sixth House member in history to be kicked out.

After bombshell reports revealed Santos had made up much of his resume and personal background, the Department of Justice indicted him on 23 counts including wire fraud, money laundering and falsifying federal records.

Santos has pleaded not guilty to federal charges alleging multiple wide-ranging fraud schemes, including the unauthorized use of credit card numbers stolen from campaign donors.

Since getting the boot, Santos has taken up a lucrative career on Cameo, selling personalized videos of himself.
