Spider-Man's Kirsten Dunst former luxurious NYC penthouse is back on the market for $7 million

Actress Kirsten Dunst's former luxurious New York City penthouse has hit the market for approximately $7 million. 

The industrial-chic apartment, once home to the Spider-man star, located on 533 Canal Street in the Lower Manhattan Hudson Square area is being sold for $6.95 million. 

Dunst, now 41, bought the place for $3 million in 2007 and sold it in 2018 for $4.4 million. For a period of time, the penthouse was available for rent for $12,500 per month. 

The fully renovated eighth-floor apartment is scaled with 11ft tall ceilings, arched windows with beautiful views of the Big Apple, along with an open concept floorplan. 

Dunst is known for her roles as Mary Jane, who played alongside Toby Maguire in the Spider-man trilogy. She is also known for her roles in Jumanji, Bring it On and her recent film The Power of the Dog.
