And then asked to clarify if she means just a single one, she confirmed: 'Usually. I'm good at that. I can have one M&M, one chip. I know, that's so annoying.'

She revealed to Marie Claire how she had made a conscious effort to 'slow down' amid her busy lifestyle, saying:  'Meditation is majorly important, moving my body, drinking water, and getting sleep—those are the basics,'

Jennifer is currently not romantically involved and has not been linked to anyone for the past five years

Having been married twice, her first notable marriage was with Brad Pitt in 2000, which ended in a high-profile divorce in 2005.

Subsequently engaged to Justin Theroux in 2012, they married three years later but separated in 2018.

Throughout her life, Jennifer has also dated well-known personalities including Paul Rudd, Tate Donovan, Vince Vaughn, and John Mayer.

Despite her varied relationship history, Jennifer is reportedly optimistic about finding love again in her 50s.

Last summer, a source told UsWeekly: 'In her gut, Jen believes she'll eventually meet the right person.'

But the insider also added that if she never finds love again, she will be just fine, saying: 'She's not going to beat herself up if it doesn't happen. She is fine on her own.

'[Jennifer] is in a great place. She's happy, healthy and fulfilled by her career, family and friends. [She's] been through a lot, but she feels blessed to be thriving personally and professionally.'

Jennifer herself admitted she would 'love a relationship' in November 2022, but also said that she wasn't 'interested' in getting married again.

When asked if she planned to walk down the aisle once again in the future, she told Allure: 'Never say never, but I don't have any interest.'

However, she confessed she would still be open to love as being single could sometimes be overwhelming.

Jennifer said: 'I'd love a relationship. Who knows? There are moments I want to just crawl up in a ball and say, 'I need support.''

'It would be wonderful to come home and fall into somebody's arms and say, 'That was a tough day'.'

But the Morning Show star clarified that she didn't want to start a new relationship until she had had time to work on herself and address her early traumas.

Last year, Jennifer opened up further on the impact of her childhood on her love life, admitting her romantic relationships have been negatively impacted by her parents' bitter split.

She admitted that her 'difficult' childhood experiences have not left her desperate to say 'I do'.

'It was always a little bit difficult for me in relationships, I think, because I really was kind of alone,' she explained in an interview with WSJ. Magazine.

'I don't know. My parents, watching my family's relationship, didn't make me kind of go, 'Oh, I can't wait to do that',' she said, referring to her father John Aniston and her mother Nancy Dow.

John, who regrettably passed away in November 2022, wed Nancy in 1965. However, their relationship concluded when Jennifer was merely nine years old, leading to their divorce in 1980.
