Republicans at a Kansas GOP convention were able to pay for the chance to beat up a dummy of President Joe Biden – sparking fury over those who claims its a form of political violence.
Video originally posted to anti-censorship YouTube alternative Rumble shows a series of clips of attendees at the Johnson County Republican Party Convention kicking, punching and using a foam bat to beat up a figure with the likeness of the president.
A mask portraying Biden and a 'Let's Go Brandon' t-shirt was placed over a torso-figured punching bag typically used for training in boxing and other hand-to-hand combat sports.
The chance to beat up the effigy was part of the county's GOP fundraiser at the Overland Park Convention Center. The events featured guests like musician Ted Nugent and former Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline.
The original link to the video on Rumble now appears to be taken down, but not before it was posted by several accounts on X, formerly Twitter, and Facebook.
'This booth was hosted by a Karate school to promote their self defense class,' Johnson County GOP Chairwoman Maria Holiday told The Kansas City Star.

But the incident was immediately denounced as a form of political violence.
Former Kansas GOP Chairman Mike Kuckelman condemned the acts in a post to his Facebook where he included images of the event and the booth with the effigy of Biden and called for the resignation of Holiday and Kansas GOP chairman Mike Brown.
'This conduct is shameful, and it is WRONG,' Kuckelman posted Saturday. 'Brown and Holiday must resign. Republicans, especially elected Republicans, must demand the resignations of Brown and Holiday. Silence is complicity in this case.'
He called back an incident where comedian Kathy Griffin was widely condemned for an image holding a bloody and severed replica of then-President Donald Trump's head.
Kuckelman said Republicans were right to demand Griffin be canceled and said the Party 'must speak equally as loudly' about members beating on a model of the current president – even though he's a Democrat.
'I don't agree with President Biden's policies, but he is a fellow human being,' Kuckelman wrote. 'No one should condone or defend this horrific and shameful conduct.'
One Facebook user responded to Kuckelman's post with: 'We fight with our votes, NOT fists and bats. This is disgraceful!'
Another said if they would have seen the booth, they would have spoken directly to Holiday about making sure it was removed.

The video of highlights from the convention in Kansas also shows a foam block with 'Let's Go Brandin' – synonymous to MAGA world with 'f*** Joe Biden' – that attendees could punch to break through like in Karate with wooden blocks.
After donating to the booth, attendees got the chance to use whatever methods to beat up the Biden-likeness of what is known as a BOB or Body Opponent Bag.
At least three people participated in beating up the Biden-dressed torso, according to the five-and-a-half-minute highlight reel of the convention posted to Rumble.
Kuckelman and others clipped the short segment of the video and posted it on social media where it has garnered widespread viewership.
Republican Kansas House Speaker Dan Hawkins told The Star he couldn't speak to the specifics of the event but condemns political violence in general.
'Whether it's Kathy Griffin infamously posing for a photo holding what appears to be President Trump's severed head or pounding on a mannequin of President Biden, what may seem like a joke for many will be seen by some as an expansion of acceptable behavior with potentially tragic consequences,' Hawkins said in a statement.
