The influencer suing Tyreek Hill for allegedly breaking her leg during a backyard football lesson wants the NFL star to hand over his private texts and DMs in a fresh legal blitz.
Sophie Hall, 34, also wants the speedy wide receiver to dig out any home security footage of the bizarre clash which took place last summer at his Southwest Ranches, Florida mansion.
The plus-sized beauty claims she 'humiliated' Hill, 30, by knocking him off balance during a practice drill and he retaliated by charging at her with 'crushing force'.
Hill's attorney has branded that narrative 'absurd', however, insisting that the curvy OnlyFans model fractured her right leg by tripping over a dog.
Influencer Sophie Hall, 34, claims Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill, 29, broke her leg during a backyard football lesson at his Florida mansion last year but Hill says she's tripped over a dog
The influencer claims Hill flew her to Florida on June 28 and invited her to 'hang' at his $7million mansion in swish Southwest Ranches, just outside Miami
In a five-page production request obtained by DailyMail.com, Hall is demanding to see anything that Hill may have said about her in his texts, emails or private messages sent via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or WhatsApp.
She also wants to see 'all documents or other correspondence referencing or relating to complaints, allegations, demand letters, incident reports, or other statements that Defendant is physically, emotionally, or psychologically abusive to women.'
The 39-point list goes to demand 'any and all' videos made during her four-day stay at Hill's $7 million home, including CCTV of the incident and any clips or photos taken by his friends or other onlookers.
Julius Collins, representing the five-time All-Pro, declined to say whether or not any such footage exists.
'Tyreek is adamant that he's ready to face this head on,' Collins told DailyMail.com. 'But as far as all the proof that we have, we have no comment. We will disclose all of that in court.'
Hill had an incredible 2023 season, finishing with an NFL-leading 1,799 receiving yards and 13 touchdowns before Miami lost to the Chiefs, his former team, in the AFC Wild Card Game.
Off the field things were just as frenetic, as he suffered a major house fire, was caught on CCTV allegedly slapping a marina worker and became embroiled in a series of paternity suits.
Hall claims in her Broward County suit that Hill started sending her 'flirtatious' Instagram messages a day after she enrolled her ten-year-old son in the Tyreek Hill Football Camp last May.
Hill flew her to Florida on June 28 and invited her to 'hang' at his swish abode, which boasts a spa, putting green, NBA regulation basketball court and a turf football field.
DailyMail.com can reveal that Hall is demanding Hill turn over private texts and any home security footage of the clash
The actress and plus-size model is suing the scandal-plagued Dolphins wide receiver for battery, assault and negligence
British-born Hall had never played football before but Hill suggested she join him for practice drills so she could learn more about the offensive lineman position her son plays, according to the complaint.
The 6ft 1in actress claims she 'caused Hill to be pushed backwards, garnering laughter from the witnesses present at the time, including the Defendant's mother, sister, friend and trainer.'
'Apparently embarrassed by his loss of stability as a result of contact by a woman during the 'football play', Mr Hill's attitude changed and he became angry.'
Hill instructed Hall to play offense, hiking the football to an imaginary quarterback, while Hill became a defensive pass rusher, the suit adds.
'Defendant Hill charged into her violently and with great force, resulting in significant and serious injuries,' the suit adds, alleging negligence, battery and assault.
'The crushing force was so great that she sustained a right leg fracture, necessitating surgery with metal hardware implantation.'
Hall – who is three inches taller than Hill – says the gridiron star 'downplayed' her injury, offering her ice and a bed to lay in.
But after being 'in pain and agony' for days she was diagnosed with a right leg fracture which required surgery, weekly physio sessions and still causes her persistent pain and weakness for which she's seeking damages of at least $50,000.
Responding to the suit, Collins said Hall's injuries were already being addressed by a pending insurance claim and that Hill was being fully cooperative, having done nothing wrong.
Hall claims Hill started sending her 'flirtatious' Instagram messages a day after she enrolled her ten-year-old son in the Tyreek Hill Football Camp last May. The curvy OnlyFans creator says Hill refused to believe she was 6ft 1in – three inches taller than him
According to the lawsuit, Sophie Hall's leg was 'severely fractured' when Hill charged at her. She included a picture of her X-ray in her court filing
'Counsel for Ms Hall has intentionally omitted from their complaint that Ms Hall fell over a dog while doing drills with Mr Hill which is when she sustained the alleged injuries,' Collins said.
'The notion that Mr Hill became upset because Ms Hall 'held her own' in playful football drills is absurd. These drills were playful.'
Hill's stellar football career has been dogged by controversies dating back to 2015 when he was kicked off the team at Oklahoma State for choking his then fiancé Crystal Espinal while she was pregnant with their first son, Zev Carter.
In 2019 he was suspended by Kansas City over alleged child abuse allegations but was reinstated after he pleaded his innocence and a district attorney determined there was insufficient evidence to prove he had broken Zev's arm.
Months later Espinal took Hill to court to prove he was the father of twins Nakeem and Nyla, the first of multiple paternity suits the speedy phenom has been hit with down the years.
Those red flags didn't stop the Chiefs inking Hill to a three-year, $54 million extension before he caught nine passes for 105 yards to spark their winning 31-20 comeback in Superbowl LIV.
Hill married his on-again, off-again fiancée Keeta Vaccaro, 28, in November only to file for divorce two months later. He immediately declared it was an error and said he had fired members of his legal team for submitting the paperwork without authorization
Hill's personal life has been thrust into the spotlight after DailyMail.com revealed that three different women came forward to allege they had children with the NFL star all within four months of each other
Hill joined Miami in 2022 in a blockbuster trade and signed a record-breaking four-year, $120 million extension for a wide receiver.
Off the field, however, he got into another scrap when he was caught on CCTV in June 2023 allegedly slapping a Miami marina employee who declined to press charges.
A former flame, Brittany Lackner, came forward in January 2023, claiming Hill was the father of her little boy, Soul Corazon Hill.
She blasted him for allegedly offering her just $2,500-a-month which she said was 'woefully inadequate' for someone on a $30 million annual salary but the pair have since settled.
A second alleged baby mama, Kimberly Baker, came forward last May, claiming a paternity test would prove he had fathered her newborn daughter, Trae Love Hill.
Hill married his on-again, off-again fiancée Keeta Vaccaro, 28, in November only to file for divorce two months later.
He immediately declared it was an error and said he had fired members of his legal team for submitting the paperwork without authorization.
On January 3, a blaze tore through Hill's seven-bed mansion, causing an estimated $2.3 million worth of damage. Authorities said it was sparked by a child playing with a lighter.
