It's no secret that Hollywood's highest-paid actor is a fan of the Blues, as he once was in attendance for a west London derby game involving Chelsea and Fulham, 15 years or so ago, according to Tribal Football.
He even recalled how spontaneous it was to go to the game, which ended up being a win for Chelsea, at the time.
Sandler told local London radio: 'My friend opened the newspaper and saw an ad for the game. He said ''do you want to go to a soccer game?'' I said ''yeah that's a great idea, I've never been to one.''
'So we all went there and they were really nice, we were at Fulham vs. Chelsea and it was at an old-style venue [Craven Cottage]. We sat in the Chelsea section and the tunes were rocking!
