Bam Margera has denied relapsing after he was caught on camera having a huge row with his fiancee Dannii Marie last week.

The Jackass star, 44,  who is focused on turning his life around following a challenging year in which he dealt with legal issues and substance abuse problems, was seen branding Marie, 35, a 'f*****g b***h' as the pair rowed by a Nashville hotel.

The star, who is on crutches after tearing his MCL and ACL muscles during a skatepark accident, told TMZ the argument began when he stepped outside to smoke a cigarette, with his partner fearing he had left to use drugs.

Marie was filmed apologizing as Margera responded: 'If you were sorry you would be crying and hugging me, f*****g b***h!

He then said: 'Get a drug test' to which she responded: 'I'm sorry and I love you.'

Margera later said: 'F**k you, I'm not going anywhere with you' before adding: 'You should be hugging me!'

He said Marie was 'expressing concern' for him and that he appreciates her looking out for him - while crediting her with keeping him sober.

He also revealed he took a urine test that day to confirm to Marie he was sober - as he marks six months of sobriety.

His manager Mike Quinn told the publication: 'Good news, Bam remains sober. The personal incident outside a hotel, involving Bam and his fiancée, Dannii, stemmed from Dannii's concern for Bam's wellbeing.

'This misunderstanding between the couple was resolved positively, as expected moments later. Bam continues to take his regular voluntary urine tests to confirm his sobriety.'

In December Margera was granted supervised visitation with his five-year-old son Phoenix, who he shares with estranged wife Nicole Boyd, by a California court.

The West Chester, Pennsylvania native's new visitation schedule issued by the family court was reviewed by The Blast, which reported that Margera's visits are limited to California-based locations on Saturdays and Sundays, for four hours at a time.

Margera, who revealed his engagement to fitness model Marie earlier that week, must provide Boyd with a minimum notice of one week, according to court docs reviewed by the outlet.

In December Margera was granted supervised visitation with his five-year-old son Phoenix, who he shares with estranged wife Nicole Boyd, by a California court

According to the terms set by the court, Margera's visits with Phoenix have to be supervised by a third party who both he and Boyd agree to.

If Margera and Boyd cannot come to accord, according to the court, the visits will be 'professionally supervised' by a party who Boyd chooses (out of three options), and Margera approves of within three days.

Margera and Boyd are legally obligated to 'cooperate with the intake process and schedule visits,' the court said, according to The Blast.

Margera and Boyd, according to court docs, have come to an accord that 'it is in the best interest that no images of [Phoenix] be posted on any social media platform.'

Margera told TMZ earlier this month that he hadn't seen his son for more than 200 days, and was focusing on reuniting with Phoenix in time for the holidays, to coincide with the child's December 23 birthday.

This past August, Margera was granted FaceTime visits with Phoenix by the court, The Blast reported, as Boyd was awarded temporary custody of Phoenix.

Margera was given visits four visits a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays for calls ranging from 20-30 minutes at a time.

Margera seems to be turning his life around following a challenging year in which he dealt with legal issues and substance abuse problems.

In recent months, Margera has spoken about his newfound optimism amid an extended stretch of sobriety, a thriving relationship with his fiancée, rekindling his passion for skateboarding and taking the necessary steps to see his son again.

Margera appeared in court July 27 over an April altercation with his brother Jess Margera, who accused him of hitting him multiple times.

In the court hearing in his native West Chester, Pennsylvania, Margera entered a not guilty plea to charges including simple assault and making terroristic threats. As conditional to his bail in the case, he was ordered by the presiding judge to refrain from consuming drugs or alcohol, and undergo screenings to verify such.

Margera told TMZ in July outside of court in downtown Los Angeles that Boyd had continued to obstruct him from having contact with Phoenix, aside from a few FaceTime calls.

Boyd told the outlet that his behavior had been 'extremely scary,' and that he needed to change his ways before visits with their son would resume.

An ugly interaction between Margera and Boyd took place March 29 during an in-person visit inside a Burbank, California restaurant, as Margera was seen in a clip on TMZ arguing with Boyd over child visitation.

The Jackass alum - who was seen arguing with Boyd in the clip, telling her, 'Phoenix has his own mind. Let him have his own mind!' - was subsequently arrested in connection with public intoxication in the wake of the incident.

Margera in June was released from a psychiatric hospital after he was taken in on a 5150 psychiatric hold at a Trejo's Tacos location in Los Angeles after he took to social media threatening to end his life if he could not reunite with his son.

Margera went directly into a rehab center to detox at one of the Odom Wellness Treatment Centers ran by NBA alum Lamar Odom, sources told TMZ. He ultimately left the facility in June.

Margera had taken to social media May 30 in a clip he later deleted, claiming he would 'smoke crack' until he died unless he was able to see his son.

He said, 'I haven't seen Phoenix in two f***ing months - I have to wake up every day, knowing that I probably won't get to talk to him or see him.'

In the clip, Margera was critical of Boyd for not letting him speak to their son, as well as his parents April and Phil Margera, saying they spurred him to drink.

'I'm going to smoke crack with the bums down at the f***ing boardwalk until I'm dead unless you deliver me f***ing Phoenix,' he said in the clip. 'Get to work Nikki, or anyone that wants to help. I want Phoenix.'

Boyd and Margera split up in 2021, and in September of that year, Boyd went to court to request full custody of their son.

Boyd filed in Los Angeles to legally separate from Margera this past February, saying the cause was irreconcilable differences, and requested the court award her spousal support, as well as legal and physical custody of their child.
