Usually, I report the news.
Last week, I became it.
It wasn't a surprise that my recent investigation into a secretive Biden administration program authorizing 320,000 migrants to fly from foreign countries directly into U.S. airports set off alarm bells.
This unprecedented mass migration operation – sidestepping established legal procedures and happening outside of public view – raised serious concerns.
What also was not at all shocking was the reaction of partisan media outlets, which rushed to undermine my reporting and cast me as a conspiracy theorist.
Let me be clear, my work stands - and it's the mainstream media that has some answering to do.
I've been writing about these shadowy migrant flights for months, but mainstream journalists only took notice after Elon Musk and President Donald Trump referenced my reporting last week.
Musk expressed the concern, among others, that Biden was 'creating a national security threat from unvetted illegal immigrants.'
Trump was gobsmacked. In his Super Tuesday victory speech, the former president said that migrants were being, 'flown in from parts unknown… not going through borders… It was unbelievable. I said it must be a mistake.'
While I don't agree with all of Trump or Musk's characterizations of my report, their remarks should not be easily dismissed and, surely, their comments do not undermine the underlying report.
Yet that's exactly what many in the media, including the Associated Press and CNN, have sought to do.
It wasn't a surprise that my recent investigation into a secretive Biden administration program authorizing 320,000 migrants to pay for their own tickets and fly from foreign countries directly into U.S. airports set off alarm bells.

Here are the uncontested facts:
From late 2022 through December 2023, the Biden administration authorized travel applications for more than 320,000 mostly Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans to buy their own tickets and fly directly into U.S. airports for quick release into the country with two-year work authorizations.
Since the program began five more nationalities were made eligible to take part.
The President is operating under the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) which permits him to admit a few special case migrants in emergency situations, 'only on a case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit.'
That is public information.
But nearly everything else about this program is cloaked in secrecy.
The administration has been so sneaky, in fact, that in March 2023 the Center for Immigration Studies sued them for basic details, such as where these migrants are arriving in the U.S and which foreign airports they're departing from.
Wouldn't Democratic mayors, in places like Chicago and New York, want to know that it's Biden, not Texas Governor Gregg Abbott, who's flooding their cities with migrants.
And what's more, the President could end their crises with a phone call?
Last week, the administration finally responded to our lawsuit – and informed us that they would not provide the requested information, because they feared 'bad actors' may seek to expolit security vulnerabilities created by this very program.
That's real news. But CNN wasn't interested.
Instead, their reporter attempted to discredit my investigation and declared the Biden operation 'not secretive'.
Musk expressed the concern, among others, that Biden was 'creating a national security threat from unvetted illegal immigrants.'
In his Super Tuesday victory speech, Trump said that migrants were being, 'flown in from parts unknown… not going through borders… It was unbelievable. I said it must be a mistake.'
That assertion is absurd on its face.
CNN's so-called 'fact-check' went on to parrot a Biden Administration claim that these migrants are being 'thoroughly vetted.'
That's also absurd.
Exactly how does one screen individuals from Venezuela and Cuba, two nations hostile to the United States and unwilling to share intelligence?
Nicaragua's communist ruler Daniel Ortega is a well-established, vicious America-hater.
Haiti is a failed state where gangs rule the streets and whose unelected Prime Minister has now resigned.
There's no real vetting going on. But the media face-plant didn't end there.
An AP article headlined, 'Fact Focus: Claims Biden administration is secretly flying migrants into the country are unfounded,' accused Trump of '[elevating] false information that had gone viral on social media…'
There is nothing 'false' about my reporting.
Where are CNN, AP, and the rest of the mainstream media demanding answers by my side?
They're too busy trying to confuse the public and cast shadows on my reports, even now as the government admits airport security is compromised.
At least, I'm not entirely alone in this public interest inquiry.
Twenty-three House Republicans wrote to the administration late last week calling for it to 'immediately terminate' the parole program and provide more information about its opaque processes and potential threats to U.S. national security.

And now, in an exclusive statement to DailyMail.com, House Homeland Security chairman Mark Green is also raising urgent concerns.
'This program isn't only unlawful, it's foolish,' he writes. 'Allowing 30,000 minimally vetted, otherwise inadmissible aliens into our country every month via this program serves no public purpose, and is completely contrary to the clear text of the INA…'
The media should be asking: why such naked trickery from this administration?
The answer is clear.
Biden doesn't want the American public to know just how many migrants have entered the U.S. on his watch - in ways both seen and unseen.

Well, I do. Here's the truth.
Customs and Border Protection admit that a historic 7.3 million illegal immigrants crossed the border illegally from January 2021 through December 2023.
That's the number the mainstream media normally reports, however, it reflects a mere smidgeon of the actual scope of the crisis - and it's by design.
For a true accounting, add to that number at least 2 million 'gotaways' – the approximate number of illegal immigrants who made it into the country undetected.
Add to that another 320,000 from half a dozen nations welcomed into America through Biden's parole program.
And add to that another 420,000 immigrants who were granted entry into the U.S. through land ports – in yet another scheme similar to the secretive flight operation.
The final tally is 10.5 million.
To put that gargantuan figure in perspective, if all the migrants who entered the U.S. since Biden's inauguration created their own state - it would be the 10th largest behind North Carolina and ahead of Michigan.
That is why this reporting is important – and that is why attempts to dismiss it as exaggeration or 'false' information are a disservice to journalism and the American public.
