An erratic Ryan Garcia was asked if he has ADHD after struggling to sit still during a bizarre interview with influencer Bobbi Althoff.
Althoff, who shot to fame following her viral interview with Drake last year, sat down with Garcia in the lead-up to his world-title fight against Devin Haney in Brooklyn on April 20.
The boxing star has raised concerns ahead of that bout after sharing a series of disturbing posts on social media, including a cryptic video which claimed he was dead after having his 'throat slit'.
He followed up that clip by embarking on several concerning online tirades; in which he alleged that he was raped by a family member at the age of two, witnessed child rape after being kidnapped by 'the elites' and claimed that Hollywood and Las Vegas will soon be 'destroyed' by an earthquake.
Amid fears over his mental health, Garcia recently made an appearance on Althoff's podcast to discuss a wide range of topics and clown around with the TikTok and YouTube star.

Early on in the interview, he claims to have been robbed of a $54,000 watch and a purse that very morning.
'8am in the morning, somebody's said: "Top of the morning, let's go rob him."
'Somebody's drinking a coffee and their first thought is: "Let's go rob him."'
As a restless Garcia struggles to focus on Althoff's questions, he then says to the podcaster: 'You're making me feel like I'm weird right now. I'm actually feeling really uncomfortable. That's your job?'
'That's now what I'm trying to do at all,' she replies. 'I think you're doing that all on your own.'
Unsuccessfully, Althoff then asks Garcia to focus on the interview before adding: 'I'm gonna tell you something that I have and I wanna see if you can relate.
'Yeah, I have ADHD.'
After Althoff suggests he has the condition too, Garcia laughs before saying: 'You're so crazy.'
Last year, the former WBC interim lightweight champion claimed he has ADHD during an interview with C Magazine.
'I have ADHD, and everything has a purpose,' he said. 'It’s a rare thing that I’ll kick back and watch a movie.'

The boxing star previously took a break from the sport in order to focus on his mental health after beating Luke Campbell in 2021
Garcia has previously taken a break from boxing in order to focus on his mental health and wellbeing, spending a year out of the ring after his knockout victory over Britain's Luke Campbell back in 2021.
The 25-year-old even confessed to having suicidal thoughts during his time away from the sport before returning in early 2022.
Earlier this month he sparked fears with a number of worrying posts across his multiple social-media accounts, which began with the cryptic video claiming he had died last Sunday.
Garcia initially suggested his phone had been hacked after the video - which also included several satanic references - first surfaced online, taking to social media himself 24 hours later to explain the situation.
However, on the Tuesday he then returned to X to make a string of troubling and distressing allegations.
After posting about setting up a live drug test to prove his wellbeing and making more satanic refences, Garcia wrote: 'I've been *grapes [raped] at 2 years old how would you act,' before continuing, 'by a family member. How would that feel to you how would you act'.
He added: 'I've seen the worst s**t in my life. I'm tired of being quiet'.

When another user quoted his post with laughing emojis, Garcia replied: 'It's funny to people. I was raped as a two year old and I have proof and they laugh wtf is wrong with people.'
The 24-1 fighter then appeared to suggest he has witnessed human trafficking in another string of cryptic yet concerning posts.
