A beautiful fisherwoman has fired back at a troll who accused her of encouraging women to 'act like men' because of her thick southern accent and her love for 'manual labor.'

Hannah Barron, 27, from Alabama, frequently shares clips and photos of herself fishing and hunting on her Instagram account, where she boasts over 1.5 million followers.

And while many people have no problem seeing the outdoorswoman not being afraid to get her hands dirty, her nature-loving attitude has landed her in murky waters with one critic, who claimed she isn't 'feminine' enough and that her accent should be 'illegal.'

Hannah responded to the backlash in a video and said that what people say about her isn't 'relevant' before noting that she has been picked on her whole life and that she hopes people will stay true to themselves.

After she shared a video showing herself helping her father build a home, another Twitter user took to the social media platform to fire off at her.

The user said: 'This accent needs to be illegal and women should be banned from doing manual labor like this.

'There is NOTHING feminine about American women. American women are literally men.'

Hannah clapped back in a response and noted that she had heard someone online had been criticizing her.

She said: 'I would tell y’all this girl’s name but I can’t remember it because I don’t have a clue who she is, so that should tell you how relevant this person is.

'I just think it’s hilarious because I grew up the weird kid in high school who hunted and fished too much, because back then it wasn’t cool for women to hunt or fish or the whole country lifestyle.

'And I’m so proud of all the women in the outdoors now who are making that more cool or popular. So proud of us, I think we’re doing great.'

She noted that she pays no mind to people who think she is 'less feminine' because she is used to doing manual labor.

'It’s fun. There’s nothing wrong with that. There’s a lot of blue collar women out there who are also feminine.

'I just think that you should embrace your own individuality. You should be yourself and don’t worry about what anybody else said because these folks talking about me and thinking they’re going to offend me, that ship sailed a long time ago.

'I’ve been getting picked on my whole life. I grew up around men,' she added at the end of the video.

People on the web then flooded to her defense and praised her for being so 'classy.'

One person said: 'She’s far classier than the woman who tried to dunk on her. What a sweet young lady.'

Another user added: 'Women who tear down other women for sport are disgusting. Certainly not something to aspire to. Bullying is a bad look, Hannah clearly has more class than her haters ever could.'

Someone else wrote: 'She proves she's feminine by not being combative or having a strong opinion on something that doesn't matter. She's just living her life helping her dad.'

'She is adorable and I had the other lady blocked already,' said one user.

'Bless this Southern belle tomboy,' wrote another person.
