A 79-year-old woman has stolen hearts online with her poignant advice about how to live life.

The septuagenarian was stopped on a beachside boardwalk in Florida by content creator Yair Brachiyahu, who asked her a series of questions about her background and approach to living.

She revealed that her 'body' is 79 but that it felt 'crazy' to be that age because her 'spirit' is still just 26.

Sporting tan skin and white hair with a pink-and-white bathing suit, purple aviator sunglasses and palm-pattered tote bag - along with ample bangles and beach-themed necklaces - she clearly hadn't lost her sense of style to the passage of time.

'What is something you thought was really important when you were younger, but as you got older you realized it wasn't that important?' Yair prompted.

'Probably money, even though it matters, makes it easier. But it doesn't guarantee joy.

'Good health is important,' she emphasized. 'And luckily I am blessed.'

When Yair asked her if she had 'ever lost someone,' she explained that she had lost her husband after being together for 43 years.

'We had a great life but it ended,' she reflected.

'I was sad but life goes on and you have to make the best of it. A lot of people aren't able to move on though.'

Yair inquired how she was able to move on from the grief, to which she candidly responded: 'Just inner strength, not wanting to be a victim.'

'It's not what happens to you. It's how you handle what happens to you.'

Viewers of the video flooded the comments with praise and admiration for the woman as one gushed: ' I love her spirit'

'What is something you really wanted to say to him that you never got a chance to say?' Yair then asked.

'Wish we had more time because you never know when it's going to end,' she said. 'You think it's going to go on forever and then it comes as a surprise.'

As for advice to her younger self, the unnamed woman concluded: 'Appreciate every day. Don't take things for granted.'

Another joked that they felt the opposite of her in the age-body-spirit equation, quipping: 'My body is 26, spirit is 79.'

'THIS is why I love elderly people. They’re so full of wisdom and humility,' a third chimed in.

'People should post more elders speaking about life we need this,' a fourth applauded.

Others were drawn to her voice, with one reflecting, 'The way she talks is so comfortable.'

'Her voice is so peaceful and full of wisdom,' echoed a second.

'What an inspiration! I wanna be a friend of her,' someone wished.

Yet another bluntly admitted: 'I wanna be her.'
