The Baldwin family has enjoyed decades of Hollywood fame, becoming one of the most successful dynasties within the entertainment industry. But recently, that legacy has been taking down a very rocky and scandal-ridden path.
Much like many of Hollywood's most high-profile entertainers, the Baldwins have weathered their fair share of controversies throughout their many years in the spotlight - however the past few months have arguably been the toughest for the family to bear.
Between Alec Baldwin's ongoing Rust shooting case, Billy Baldwin's recent sex scandal with Sharon Stone, and Stephen Baldwin's daughter Alaia's arrest, 2024 has not gotten off to the brightest start for the relatives.
The stars have faced an onslaught of legal drama, marital woes, public feuds, and run-ins with the law this year - and it's only March.
Leading the pack amidst the Baldwin family's recent turmoil is Alec's involvement in the horrific death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

As the family continues to find themselves in murky water, FEMAIL has rounded up every problem they've faced in recent months. Alec Baldwin is seen in 2016
Back in October 2021, the actor accidentally shot and killed Halyna on the set of his movie Rust; he pointed a 'prop firearm' at her that then went off, hitting the 42-year-old wife and mother-of-one in the chest and killing her.
In the hours, days, and weeks after the fatal incident on October 21, 2021, dozens - if not hundreds - of questions were raised about how such a tragic accident could have happened, and even now, nearly three years on, the shooting is still having major implications on Alec's life.
The Beetlejuice star is currently facing charges for involuntary manslaughter - which he plead not guilty to in January - and his trial is set to begin in July.
But his impending court date isn't the only thing that has dragged the Baldwin family name into headlines recently.
In addition, his brother Billy has been receiving attention for all the wrong reasons lately; his former Silver co-star Sharon made a slew of shocking allegations against him, alleging that a producer on the flick pressured her into having sex with him because he wasn't performing well on set.
Billy is also in the midst of fighting to keep his marriage alive, as his wife, Chynna Phillips recently admitted that her newfound love of Jesus had completely 'ruptured' their relationship.
Stephen has endured his own fair share of drama as of late, as his daughter Alaia was taken into custody earlier this month after she got into a brawl at a bar - and allegedly threw her used tampon at an employee.
There's also speculation that his other daughter, Hailey Bieber, is having problems in her relationship with Justin Bieber, after her dad posted an ambiguous message asking people to 'pray' for the couple.
It's certainly been a whirlwind few months for the Baldwins. As the family continues to find themselves in murky water, FEMAIL has rounded up every problem they've faced recently.
The tragic Rust shooting: Alec is gearing up for his upcoming involuntary manslaughter trial after accidentally firing a prop gun and killing a cinematographer on set of his movie Rust in 2021

On October 21, 2021, just over two weeks after filming got underway, Halyna - a Ukrainian cinematographer who had worked on more than 30 feature films - was tragically shot and killed after she was hit in the chest by a bullet fired from a 'prop firearm' that Alec, now 65, was holding while rehearsing for a scene.
According to an affidavit, assistant director David Halls (seen) had taken the weapon off of a cart full of props and handed it to Alec, telling him it was a 'cold gun,' which meant it didn't have any real bullets in it

However, he told investigators that armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed had opened the gun for him to inspect before he gave it to Alec, but that he only remembered checking three out of five of the rounds.
While Alec claimed that he did not 'pull the trigger,' the FBI later ruled that it was unlikely that the gun fired on its own after undergoing a series of tests.
Even so, the actor told ABC in December 2021 that he was not responsible for what happened.

In January, more than two years after the tragedy, it was revealed that Alec had been charged with involuntary manslaughter by a New Mexico grand jury.
Rust armorer Hannah was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter on March 6. She's seen at the trial
Prosecutors renewed the charge that were originally filed and then dismissed in April 2023, after receiving a new analysis of the gun - which concluded that 'the trigger had to be pulled or depressed sufficiently to release the fully cocked or retracted hammer of the evidence revolver.'
Alec plead not guilty, and his trial is set for July. If convicted, he faces up to 18 months in prison.
Rust armorer Hannah was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter on March 6, as the jury ruled that she negligently allowed a live bullet to get into the gun that Alec had used to accidentally shoot Halyna.
Billy and Sharon's sex scandal: The actress claimed a producer asked her to sleep with him while they were filming the 1993 movie Silver so his 'performance would get better'
Sharon Stone, 66, claimed she was pressured by a producer to have sex with Billy Baldwin, 61, while filming the 1993 movie Silver together. They're seen in the film
Billy, 61, became embroiled in a nasty online feud with his former costar Sharon, 66, this week, after she claimed that she was pressured to have sex with him by a producer while filming the 1993 movie Silver.
Sharon spoke about the alleged incident during a recent appearance on Louis Theroux's podcast.
She claimed that producer Robert Evans asked her to sleep with Billy so his 'performance would get better' during a recent appearance on Louis Theroux's podcast
She explained that she was cast in Silver alongside Billy following her success in Basic Interest, so the filmmakers 'expected her to bring home another giant smash hit.'
But when things started to go wrong on set, she said producer Robert Evans asked her to sleep with Billy so his 'performance would get better.'
'He called me to his office. He had these very low '70s, '80s couches, so I'm essentially sitting on the floor, when I should have been on set,' she claimed.
'And he's running around his office in sunglasses explaining to me that he slept with Ava Gardner and I should sleep with Billy Baldwin, because if I slept with Billy Baldwin, Billy Baldwin's performance would get better.
'And we needed Billy to get better in the movie because that was the problem. And if I could sleep with Billy then we'd have chemistry on screen.
'If I would just have sex with him then that would save the movie. And the real problem with the movie was me because I was so uptight, and so not like a real actress who could just f**k him and get things back on track. The real problem was I was such a tight a**.'
'He's running around his office [saying] I should sleep with Billy because if I slept with Billy, his performance would get better. And we needed Billy to get better,' she said
Robert (seen in 2018), who died in 2019, was also a producer on Chinatown and The Cotton Club, and headed production at Paramount for The Godfather, True Grit, and The Great Gatsby
Robert, who died in 2019, was also a producer on Chinatown and The Cotton Club, and headed production at Paramount for The Godfather, The Italian Job, True Grit, and The Great Gatsby.
Sharon said she didn't think that getting intimate with Billy would solve the problem, adding that she didn't have to sleep with her Basic Instinct co-star Michael Douglas to make a great film.
'I didn't have to f**k Michael Douglas. Michael could come to work and know how to hit those marks, and do that line, and rehearse and show up,' she continued. 'Now all of a sudden I'm in the "I have to f**k people" business.'
Sharon previously spoke about it in her 2021 memoir, The Beauty of Living Twice, but did not share the identity of the actor or producer at the time.
Following her claims, Billy unleashed a furious tirade against Sharon on X, formerly Twitter, accusing her of being 'hurt' that 'he shunned her advances' and threatening to 'write a book about the many disturbing, kinky tales' he knows about her.
'Not sure why Sharon Stone keep talking about me all these years later?' he began in his lengthy post.
Billy then unleashed a tirade against Sharon on X, accusing her of being 'hurt' that 'he shunned her advances' and threatening to expose the 'disturbing, kinky tales' he knows about her
'Does she still have a crush on me or is she still hurt after all these years because I shunned her advances?'
Billy claimed that he and Robert 'had a meeting' in which the producer told him 'choreograph the final sex scene so he wouldn't have to kiss Sharon.'
He also said that Sharon told her supermodel friend Janice Dickinson that she was going to make Billy’s 'head spin' and make him 'fall so hard' for her just hours after their screen test.
'I have so much dirt on her it would make her head spin but I've kept quiet,' he concluded.
'Wonder if I should write a book and tell the many, many disturbing, kinky and unprofessional tales about Sharon? That might be fun.'
Janice refuted his claims in an exclusive statement to DailyMail.com afterwards, however, and said she had no recollection of such conversation ever taking place.
'As I recall Sharon never said that to me,' she stated. 'I am not sure why Billy Baldwin is bringing this up. I adore them both but that never happened.'
Billy's marital woes: He and his wife Chynna recently admitted that her newfound Christian faith had caused a serious 'rupture' in their relationship
His sex scandal with Sharon came just weeks after he and his wife, Chynna Phillips, 56, candidly admitted that they were having marital problems

His sex scandal with Sharon came just weeks after he and his wife, Chynna, 56, candidly admitted that they were having marital problems.
The couple, who wed in 1995 and share three kids, admitted that Chynna's newfound Christian faith had caused a serious 'rupture' in their relationship in an unflinchingly honest on-screen discussion shared to her faith-based YouTube channel, California Preachin'.
Chynna and Billy said the former socialite's dedication to Jesus had become a 'glaring issue' that left Billy questioning whether the are going to 'make it in the long run.'
'You and I have this sort of systemic problem in our relationship, which we have been very honest about from the beginning, which is that you see your life and the world through a very different lens than I do,' Chynna, who converted to Christianity in 2022, said to Billy.
'Sometimes that tends to cause ruptures and little chasms in our relationship, and we are trying our best to navigate those differences.
'The Christianity aspect has been sort of a glaring issue for a while because [religion] has sort of overtaken my life in many ways.
'It has perhaps even made you question whether you and I can really make it in the long run.
'You would never divorce me over it - but [I think you wonder], "Will we be able to stay truly happy and connected and thrive with me being on this Jesus trajectory?"'
In early January, Chynna posted another video discussing the divide that her faith had caused in her marriage to Billy.

In early January, Chynna posted another video discussing the divide that her faith had caused in her marriage to Billy, and she said she and the actor had 'separated for six months'
At the time, the former musician said she and the actor had 'separated for six months,' but she didn't specify when the break occurred.
And in the newer video, Billy admitted that her sharing the intimate details of their relationship - including her admission about their brief split - had left him 'uncomfortable' because he 'didn't really want it revealed.'
He also slammed the media for making it sound worse than it was - and insisted that they had 'worked through it and that everything was now fine.'
'The headlines were suggesting that you were in a very taxing or trying relationship, almost like an abusive situation, for a long time that ultimately resulted in a separation,' he said to Chynna.
'It made me feel bad, like it was implying or suggesting that we've had a bad relationship or that you were in an unhealthy situation.'
Chynna stated that she was 'blindsided' by all the articles that came out following her video, and insisted that despite some of their issues, she 'absolutely still loved' Billy.
'My feelings [towards you] have only grown and increased and intensified over the years. And I mean that with all of my heart,' she concluded. 'I love you with all of my heart.'
In the previous video, Chynna spoke in detail about her 'damaged' romance - while claiming that her religion had sparked a 'power struggle' between them.
She shared, 'I've been with Billy for 32 years and we have an awesome marriage but we definitely had the hardest couple years of our marriage these past couple of years, it has been a real struggle.
'I think it's because I just took the deep dive into Jesus and I think he didn't quite know what to do with that because it was kind of all Jesus all the time.

And in the newer video, Billy admitted that her sharing the intimate details of their relationship - including her admission about their brief split - had left him 'uncomfortable'
'We sort of had a power struggle. The Bible says that [wives] are supposed to submit and [men] are the head and that's all true, but it also says that the man is supposed to treat the wife like the church and all of that so I think that I was just struggling with that.'
Chynna also said that she and Billy feel like they have very little in common lately.
'Sometimes he's like, "You're not into the things that I'm into. You're not into politics, you're not into wrestling, you're not into the philanthropy things that I do,"' she continued.
'We did a couple of things together and that was amazing and very fulfilling but we've never really found that one thing that the two of us can latch on to and do together as a team and so I'm praying in 2024 that we're going to find that one thing that the two of us can do together that feels really fulfilling.
'I am not 23 years old anymore, I met him when I was 23 and I'm changing. I'm growing, you know?
'I'm not the same person I was 30 years ago and I refuse to have the same marriage that we had 30 years ago. It's time for us to mature and grow.'

He reposted a video of Justin singing, which was shared by All Things Possible Ministries founder Victor Marx and captioned: 'Christians, please when you think of Justin and Hailey, take a moment to offer a little prayer for them to have wisdom, protection, and draw close to the Lord.'
The 58-year-old evangelist added that his wife Eileen Marx and Hailey's mother Kennya Deodato Baldwin 'pray often together' for the married couple of five years.
'There are special challenges that folks in high visibility positions face and also the enemy doesn't want them to draw closer to Jesus,' Victor wrote.
'So often regardless of the material things or the accolades they often face spiritual warfare that intense and seeks to ship-wreck their faith, marriage, and life in general. So thank you.'
Justin and Hailey were spotted arriving to church together hours later, looking somber.
Afterwards, TMZ reported that Hailey was very 'upset with her father' for his post since she and Justin where trying to 'deal' with their 'issues privately.'

'Stephen's plea for guidance and well-wishes toward his daughter and son-in-law did not just come out of nowhere ... and was related to something specific that's going on with the young couple,' the outlet claimed.
Hailey didn't address the rumors directly, but she posted a scathing note on her Instagram Stories on March 6 slamming the recent 'stories and constant blind items' about her that she had 'seen on TikTok.'
'They're 100 per cent of the time wrong,' she wrote. 'Made out of thin air... Come from the land of delusion.
'So I know it may be fun feeding into these stories but just know they're always false. Sorry to spoil it.'

Staff members of Club Elan claimed that Alaia had entered an employees-only restroom, and got into a physical altercation after was instructed that she'd have to use the public restroom instead.
They claimed that she became belligerent and combative, yanking the hair out of one security guard's head as he attempted to contain her.
Another security guard also accused Alaia of kicking him in the groin when he tried restraining her.
The third employee, a female bartender named Haliegh Cauley, told TMZ that she encountered Alaia when she first attempted to enter the employee restroom.

'I said, "Listen, you guys have got to go,"' she recounted, adding that Alaia had a 'scary' look in her eyes.
She said the star replied, 'Do you not believe me? Do you want to see?' before hurling her 'used' tampon at her, which she claimed made contact with her face.
Haliegh added that she called security at that point, and that Alaia began 'swinging' at the guards.
In addition to pressing charges, the bartender said she planned to file a lawsuit against Alaia because: 'That's somebody's bodily fluid that touched me.'
'That's just not appropriate and that's very uncalled for, especially when somebody's trying to help you,' she added.
