Rudy Giuliani's ex-wife is reportedly engaged to an energy executive following a 'whirlwind romance' after her bitter divorce from the former mayor of New York City.

Judith Giuliani, 69, and Rudy, 79, finalized their divorce in 2019 after 15 years of marriage.

Following their high profile split, Judith claimed her ex-husband changed dramatically since they wed in 2003, telling Inside Edition: 'The person you see now is not the man I married.'

Judith, a former nurse, is now engaged to the chief marketing officer at PSC Worldwide, Patrick Cerminara, 58, after dating for just six months.

'They met at trivia night at the Colony Hotel,' source told Page Six. 'They’ve been together six months. They hit it off and they’ve been inseparable ever since.'

Another source said: 'I love that she has overcome the toxic marriage she escaped. She has taken the high road and gotten on with her life.'

The couple has been spotted around Palm Beach spending time with the city's elites including Fox News couple Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt at Bethesda-by-the-Sea, the church where Donald and Melanie Trump had their nuptials.

'Judith and her beau were first seen out in Palm Beach at holiday parties last year. It’s a whirlwind romance,' a source said.

Rudy and Judith's marriage was the third for them both and ended in an acrimonious and extremely high profile divorce.

Although she met him in 2000, while he was still in Gracie Mansion and married to Donna Hanover, mother of his two children, Judith insisted she did not break the pair up.

They wed in 2003 when he was still remembered as 'America's Mayor' and was highly regarded for his leadership during 9/11.

Judith said that a turning point was her then-husband's failed bid for the Republican presidential nomination in 2008, losing out to John McCain.

She said Donald Trump, a contemporary of Rudy's who had known the Brooklyn-born mayor for decades, agreed to help him get over the electoral defeat.

'We stayed at Mar-A-Lago. We were given a place to go where Rudy could have sanctuary and recover,' she said.

She said he was delighted to be asked by Trump to serve, in 2018, as his lawyer.

'There becomes this thing I watched happen to him – that power just becomes extremely addictive,' she said.

'One of the other things Rudy also loves is the limelight.'

The couple split in 2018 after 15 years of marriage, which was followed by a fiery court battle over their $30 million fortune.

Their divorce was finally settled in 2019 after a long court battle that exposed details about their luxurious lifestyle, including six houses, 11 country club memberships and $12,000 worth of cigars.

As per their divorce agreement, Giuliani agreed to pay his ex-wife $5,000 a month to provide her with a housekeeper or assistant, as well as $200,000 for an unsold $3.3 million property they owned.

Judith then sued Rudy and claimed he had fallen behind on $265,000 in divorce payments.

In September 2023, a Manhattan Supreme Court judge ordered Rudy to pay $235,000 to his ex-wife after he failed to show up to court.

The judge condemned his failure to appear, found him in contempt and warned him that he would be put in jail if he fails to pay up.
