A cruise ship passenger has detailed her holiday from hell - after being kept up all night by unruly partying and slapped with a $500 WiFi bill.
Content creator Aili Hillstrom uploaded a tearful video to TikTok, explaining she is currently on a cruise with MSC Cruises - but isn't having the relaxing vacation she hoped for thanks to the antics of her drunken neighbors.
'I'm so sleep deprived that I feel like I can't even control my emotion,' she began the clip.
'I talked to reception this morning, and they called our neighbors, and they told him that they can't have friends in their cabin. They can't be making that kind of noise, or immigration would be called,' she recounted.

She made a complaint about her rowdy neighbors but unfortunately, it still didn't stop them from partying until 4am
Aili said after complaining to reception, the man assured her they wouldn't be making anymore noise.
'At this point, it's 11am, we've wasted our morning in Jamaica,' the content creator says sourly.
'So I go back to the cabin to try and get some sleep - I'm f**king exhausted - and they have their friends in their cabin, and it's loud as f**k again,' she recounts furiously.
'I'm not just gonna wait until tonight to see if it happens again, because I know they're just gonna get s**tfaced and it's gonna happen again. I just cannot do another night of this,' she continued.
'I will f**king swim home,' the exasperated traveler complained. 'The whole thing is just ridiculous.'
Aili said she had been told that she should request to move rooms, but there was a sign at reception that says the ship is fully booked.
Aili's friend, Leah McCulloch, whom she is traveling with, also unleashed her anger in a TikTok video, where she said the pair hadn't left the cruise ship 'all f**king day' because their 'f**king' neighbors won't 'shut the f**k up.'
Leah said their unruly neighbors had kept them up for two nights in a row so far, waking up to the people next door 'screaming at each other' at 1am.
Aili revealing in another clip that they were also slapped with an whopping $500 Wi-Fi bill and an $800 drink package - for non-alcoholic drinks

'Last night, at 4-f**king-am, they had a whole party going on in their room,' Leah complained.
She said Aili went and knocked on their door, telling them to be quiet - but they responded aggressively by yelling out: 'We should go f**k the neighbors and make them orgasm so they're happy.'
'Are you actually f**king kidding me?' she said incredulously.
Leah said they had spoken to reception three times, but they told her they'll 'see if it happens again.'
'That's actual bulls**t,' she raged, 'Just move us to a different room.'
Leah said she and Aili were trying to sleep the next morning at around 11am, when their neighbors decided to start the party again, claiming reception didn't 'give a s**t.'
And, while some viewers were sympathetic to the women's plight, others ridiculed the pair
It wasn't just the loud neighbors that left Leah and Aili fuming - after Aili revealed in another clip that they were also slapped with an whopping $500 Wi-Fi bill and an $800 drink package - for non-alcoholic drinks.
And, while some viewers were sympathetic to the women's plight, others ridiculed the pair.
'I don't follow you but you pop up here and there, every time you're emotional about something. You're seeing the world, something most can't,' one TikTok user responded.
'Crying in poor person with two kids. Want to trade?' another wrote.
'First world problems,' agreed someone else.
Others users felt sorry for the weary traveler.
'You paid good money and deserve a peaceful nights sleep,' someone commented.
'Aren't there like… places they can go on the ship to party?' questioned another. 'It's so inconsiderate, and I'm so upset that guest services isn't being helpful.'
A spokesperson for MSC Cruise told DailyMail.com: 'Our crews are always happy to ensure a comfortable and restful vacation for guests aboard our ships.
'In this case, management moved the guests to another cabin, and we're pleased to see from their latest videos that they are enjoying their cruise.'
