Gary Goldsmith has said he believes his niece Kate Middleton will definitely return to public duties at Easter.
Following abdominal surgery, Kate has remained out of the public eye for two months as she recovers.
It comes as royal insiders claim that The Princess of Wales, 42, is recovering well and will be back by Easter.
Gary appeared on Thursday's GB News with Nigel Farage following his short-lived stint on Celebrity Big Brother where he chatted about his family.
He said of Kate's recent health issues: 'I think she has the best support on the planet, she has the best people looking after her.

'They [The Palace} have said we would see her at Easter and nothing has changed since that! They have been very transparent.'
He added that he was shocked when Kate revealed it was in fact her that had edited the Mother's Day picture of her with her three children.
Gary said: 'I did say when it came out the photo 'there's not a chance in hell she photoshopped them herself' and then it came out that she did!'
Kate publicly took the blame for the family photograph released by Kensington Palace on Sunday as she issued an apology for the 'confusion'.
It came after a public explosion of conspiracy theories, after six of the world's top picture agencies including the Press Association then sensationally pulled the photo from their wires and libraries amid concern that the 'source has manipulated the image'.
Gary also spoke on GB News about his experience in the Celebrity Big Brother house.
He said: 'I wanted to change perceptions. I'm not a celebrity really. Looking back I looked so uncomfortable in those first few days in the house but everything is down to an edit.
'Bu it was the best thing I've ever done. It was a sneak peak at the celebrity life. They were hoping I would win that vote and not get kicked out!'

Gary spilled royal secrets in the Big Brother house which have 'infuriated' his family, as his niece Kate recovers from abdominal surgery.
Despite leaving some viewers cringing with his behaviour, Gary insisted in his exit interview that he 'achieved his agenda' while living in the house.
Speaking in his first interview on Late & Live, he said: 'I've had the best time, I went in with one agenda and I've achieved it in five days.
'I don't consider myself to be a celebrity, I just happen to be related to someone who is a big celebrity.'
When host AJ Odudu asked who Kate would want to win now he has left the house, he replied: 'Levi Roots, I have so much respect for him, and if he was to win he will use it for good.'
Will asked again: 'And do you think Kate would agree with that?'
Gary responded '100%, she puts other people first'
During Friday's episode, Gary shocked his housemates by showing an emotional side, while branding himself a 'national villain.'
Gary said that he has not had 'true peace' after he admitted to assaulting his wife.
During a task, housemates are transported to a celestial retreat, Fern Britton questions Gary on whether he had 'found peace within'.
He replied saying: 'I think peace is something always to be striving for. I thought I was having a really cool life until something hits you.
'One day I was Gary, a businessman having a laugh with a great family. And then the next minute, I'm a national villain.
'So, I don't really know what true peace is if I'm honest.'
The brother of Kate's mother, Carole Middleton, was fined £5,000 and given a community order in November 2017 after pleading guilty to one count of assault by beating.
His wife accused him of taking drugs, the court was told, and a London taxi driver witnessed her being knocked to the ground outside their home.
Gary's inclusion on the show was criticised by Women's Aid, who said 'the inclusion of men convicted of abuse in entertainment programmes will already be a sign that these crimes are not taken seriously' and the charity advised the programme to consider his appearance.
In a statement from the show, he previously said: 'I'm not perfect and I made a mistake, a personal row seven years ago which was publicly exposed that I've worked endlessly for seven years to put right.
'The offence is long since spent however my regret continues.'
ITV were reportedly forced to 'carefully edit' Gary's Kate and King Charles remarks on Celebrity Big Brother.
Jennie Bond told the Mirror. 'Anything that Gary says about the royal family is a headline, it's great for the show, it's publicity for ITV.
'And yet they must be aware that they have a duty to safeguard and protect the health of the person, not to say the royal family obviously.
'So I imagine they've got lawyers looking through it but yep, there will be some careful editing. I think the slightest inkling that they can give about anything that's going on about the royal family - with the Harry situation Catherine's health or the King's health they'll do their damndest to show.'
Gary, who made his money in recruitment and was once worth £30million, is thought to have been kept at arm's length by the Middleton's in recent years.
This is despite him attending William and Kate's wedding in London in 2011 and then that of Kate's sister Pippa Middleton to James Matthews in Berkshire six years later.

Gary regularly speaks out to support Kate, who is thought to call him 'Uncle G', and has previously hailed her as 'the most spectacular person I have ever met'.
Kate's mother had harsh words for her brother before he entered the Big Brother house amid fears that he could reveal secrets about the Royal Family.
An insider told The Sun: 'Gary said he's been read the riot act by Kate's mum Carole and her dad Michael. They aren't happy he's going into Celebrity Big Brother. It is infuriating to them. Kate doesn't need this stress.'
During Monday's explosive launch episode as Gary prepared to enter the house, host AJ Odudu wasted no time in asking him whether his royal niece would be tuning in. Gary joked: 'She will be hiding behind the sofa if she is watching'.
