Paul Hogan has been spotted out and about with his wayward son for the first time since he was hospitalized in the fall.
DailyMail.com spotted the Crocodile Dundee actor, 84, with his 24-year-old son Chance this month in a rare outing in Los Angeles.
Hogan told DailyMail.com that Chance is 'doing a lot better' following an emergency trip to the hospital last year after a concerning video emerged of Chance covered in cuts and bruises.
But on a sunny LA afternoon, Chance looked much better as the father and son enjoyed quality time together.

This month, the Crocodile Dundee star told DailyMail.com that Chance is 'doing a lot better'
The Australian actor, seen wearing blue jeans and a leather jacket, returned to California in January after spending the holidays Down Under.
Chance, an aspiring musician, has a history of erratic behavior and was reportedly fixated with the devil years ago, before his parents teamed up to get him back on track.
This month the rocker wore ripped jeans, a polo shirt and green sunglasses.
During his latest outing, Hogan lamented that he had been having car troubles and explained how he needs to drive his car for 100 miles before it can be electronically registered with the California DMV.
He perked up though when asked if Chance was doing better, emphatically replying 'Oh yeah' before heading back to his rental home in Venice Beach where the pair live together.
In his disturbing Instagram posts from October, Chance revealed a large cut on his collarbone before he panned the camera to reveal his friends in the car smoking.
He then moved it closer and smiled to reveal several other cuts on his forehead and bruises around his eye, as well as two bandages which are usually attached to a pulse oximeter on his chest.
A pulse oximeter measures your blood oxygen levels and pulse and is usually used in hospitals.
Chance's long hair blew in the wind as he slowly bobbed his head to the music. He later revealed on Instagram that he had 'broke' his face and had been treated in the hospital.

Hogan famously met Chance's mother Linda Kozlowski while filming Crocodile Dundee in 1986, but raised him as a single father after his marriage broke down in 2013.
But his son has proved a headache for the veteran comedian.
In 2015, Chance was reportedly caught drinking beer and smoking what appeared to be a bong on the balcony of his father's home.
In 2018, photos emerged of Chance vomiting outside a venue in Santa Monica where his band had just performed.
Chance was seen crouching down and holding his head in his hands in photos that reportedly left his famous father 'shattered'.
At the time, he was also forced to deny he was a devil worshipper after posting the satanic 'devil's number' 666 on Instagram as well as another image of a drawing of an inverted Christian crucifix.

Speaking to Woman's Day, Chance said: 'It's like I'm a satanic devil worshipper and my parents hate each other, none of that's true.'
He added: 'It's like, 'Hey, you're that Satanist drug-taking evil guy, right?''
Hogan describes Chance as American, telling The Daily Telegraph, 'The only family [Chance has got] is me.'
All of Chance's close relatives, including his grandparents, have died, the Aussie superstar said.
And even though Chance loves to visit Australia, Hogan says his home is in the US.
'All his friends, his band, musician mates, girlfriends, everything – they're all American,' he explained.
'He only has me, whereas my tribe at home, they've all got each other.'
