Today host Dylan Dreyer has revealed that she tries to 'get all three' of her sons in the shower with her every night because she's 'a very efficient mom' and it saves time - but admitted she feels 'beyond overwhelmed' raising three boys aged seven and under.

Weighing in on Bradley Cooper's recent comments about how he used to shower with his father when he was a child and is 'totally' fine with walking around naked at home, the 42-year-old meteorologist admitted that her kids 'don't care' about seeing her in the nude either.

Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com at the 2024 Hudson River Park Friends Playground Committee Luncheon in Manhattan, Dylan revealed that the family showers are 'getting a little weird' now that her oldest son Calvin is seven-years-old, so he tends to have a bath instead.

When asked her thoughts about Bradley's remarks, as well as Sara Haines'  comments about letting her kids see her naked, Dylan said: 'It's funny because I'm also a very efficient mom so when I have to shower at night, if I can get all three in the shower with me so I can get everybody bathed at once, we're good to go!'

She continued: 'It's getting a little weird now that my oldest is seven, so he doesn't do the shower thing anymore, he'll be in the bath while I take a shower. But you know, I put the towel on pretty quickly, I don't linger.

'The other two have no idea what's going on so they don't care. They'll run around naked all day long, I think they're just so proud of their bodies and their parts, they love it!' the TV host laughed.

Dylan married NBC News producer and cameraman Brian Fichera in 2012, and the couple have certainly got their hands full with Calvin, four-year-old Oliver, and two-year-old Russell.

Explaining how she juggles a successful broadcast career with being a mother of three, Dylan said: 'I have to compartmentalize because if I think of everything all at once, I am so beyond overwhelmed.

'When I'm at work, I'm at work. When I go home, I'm home. And when I go home, I'm picking them up from school, I'm putting the little boy down for a nap, I'm making lunch, I'm making dinner, I'm trying to make their day special.

'But I also hit breaking point at the end of the day where they're boys and they're yelling at each other and I'm like "everybody needs to stop talking right now because I'm done, I'm done!" she admitted.

'God bless my husband because he comes home from work, he doesn't want to talk to me, I don't want to talk to him because we're like, "we've been talked to all day, we're done", and we respect that about each other and then the weekend comes and it's it's just the five of us again.'

Dylan also opened up about how she and Brian are choosing to raise their children  and said: 'I am so cognizant that I'm raising boys, and I don't want them to feel lesser than.

'I'm all for equality but I think the quality is what we need to strive for, so I don't want to bring boys down and I want to raise them to be confident and strong and to fight for what they want and know that that's okay.

So when I wrote my children's books, I wanted them to be honest for girls and for boys. I wanted everybody just to be able to be kids and I want to raise them in a way where they know that they can do whatever they want, but you have to be kind along the way and I feel like my husband and I lead by example.'

When she does get a rare quiet moment to herself, Dylan revealed that an 'ideal night' on her own would be getting into her pajamas, getting into bed and reading 'a good romance novel.'

'I want to just space out I don't want to think and I just want that moment alone,' she said, before saying she does think it's possible for women to have it all.

'I think it takes some work; you know to juggle everything. But I mean I'm very blessed because there are times where I feel like I have it all and do I want to strive for more? Yes. But that's the drive in me, I'm always looking for the next thing.

'But if you ask me right now in this moment, and I think about my boys and my husband and my work life, I'm very blessed.'
