US Soccer has released its kits to be used by the men's and women's teams in this summer's Copa America and Olympics - and the designs from Nike have divided opinion amongst fans.
For the home kit, Nike went with a fairly classic white design, with red detailing on the sleeve cuffs and a blue and red mix on the collar. Navy blue shorts will be worn with the home kit, which also features the words 'One Nation, One Team' inside of the collar.
The away kit, meanwhile, is the bolder selection of the two, as it is mostly blue but features a red and white tie dye effect towards the bottom of the shirt. The shirt is also paired with red shorts and red socks.
And not everyone was a fan of the new uniforms.
'The shorts with the white kit look ridiculous, but the shirt is fine, I guess. The away kit is amateurish,' one wrote under Nike's X post announcing the Kits.
US Soccer released its 2024 kits on Monday, as Nike went with a bold away uniform design
The white home shirt has red and blue detailing, and is paired with navy blue shorts
But some fans were not happy with the newly-released uniforms on Monday
'Also has anyone at Nike actually seen a flag? Are the designers colorblind? Why can't you figure out what color blue the flag is?
Another fan also called for the jersey to mirror the American flag: 'How about using our country bird as the logo instead of some corny USA shield. Nike is so basic with our kit.'
A different fan added, '2026 has got to be better,' referencing the forthcoming 2026 World Cup.
Other fans, however, were more positive about the newly-released jerseys.
One wrote: 'The detail on those classic whites,' along with a fire emoji.
Christian Pulisic and Sergino Dest modeled the home and away kit respectively
Meanwhile, the USWNT's Rose Lavelle, Abby Dahlkemper and Becky Sauerbrunn posed in the home white shirt too
Others were more positive about the designs ahead of the Copa America and Olympics
The inside of the collar features an inspirational message to players: 'One Nation, One Team'
Another said, 'Red shorts with the away kit, crying tears of joy. This is a good set and the best we've seen in a few years.'
And a third fan added, Any US fan that doesn’t like the home kit… I really don’t know what to tell you. This is what a US home kit should look like.'
Both the men's and women's team shared photos of its players modeling the shirt, with Christian Pulisic and Rose Lavelle among those seen in the shirts.
The jerseys will go on sale on March 21.
The Copa America will be hosted in the USA this summer, with the men's team competing in the tournament which runs from June 19 to July 14.
Meanwhile, both the men's and women's teams will compete in the Paris Olympics, which begin on July 26.
