Lamar Odom admits he'd 'always' masturbate before NBA games to calm his nerves as Khloe Kardashian's former husband jokes he preferred road games so he could 'bust a nut' in his hotel room

Former NBA star Lamar Odom admitted to 'always' jerking off before games, whether his team played at home or on the road. 

Odom played in the NBA from 1999-2013 and spent the final five seasons of his basketball career married to Khloe Kardashian.  

Whether Kardashian was aware of Odom's pregame routine is unclear. 

Odom said his reasoning for masturbating before games was to relieve stress. 

Looking back, Odom does not believe jerking off achieved what he was looking for.  

Odom had both fellow podcasters in the room, including Lakers guard Max Christie, laughing

Odom's pregame routine may have helped calm his nerves over his 14-year NBA career

'I used to always jerk off. And I think about it because I probably took some of my prime, my energy,' Odom said.

'I was at home at the crib. Hotel room, I bust a nut. That's why sometimes I would rather play on the road,' Odom added. 

Odom talked about his pre-game masturbation on the LADE Show with current Laker Max Christie sitting beside him. 

Odom has ben a constant figure on 'Keeping up with the Kardashians' since his 2009 wedding to Khloe. The couple officially divorced in 2016.

Odom spent all but two years of his NBA career in Los Angeles during three different stints with the Lakers and Clippers.
