This is the married Irish firefighter and father-of-two accused of raping a sleeping 28-year-old woman in Boston during St Patrick's Day celebrations.
Terrence Crosbie, 37, flew to Massachusetts on Thursday with other members of the Dublin Fire Brigade and was arrested on Saturday as he allegedly tried to flee the country following a police interview in connection to the assault.
The alleged victim told police that she met one of Crosbie's friends at The Black Rose restaurant and bar on Thursday night, and the two returned to the Omni Parker House hotel room the man was sharing with Crosbie.
The woman said she had consensual sex with Crosbie's friend, and Crosbie was not in the room, according to court documents seen by NewsCenter 5.
Crosbie was reportedly seen on surveillance footage entering the hotel room about two hours later. He then allegedly began sexually assaulting the woman, who told police she told him to stop but he said, 'This guy is sleeping. I know you want this.'

The alleged victim told police on Friday at Massachusetts General Hospital that she had been sexually assaulted earlier the same day at the Omni Parker House by the member of the Dublin firefighter.
Officials said Crosbie was scheduled to return to Dublin on Tuesday, after arriving with his colleagues on Thursday, but booked a flight for 10.10pm on Saturday following his interview with police.
He then boarded an even earlier flight at about 7pm from Logan International Airport.
Crosbie has been charged with rape and ordered held on $100,000 bail.
If he posts bail, he has orders not to leave the state of Massachusetts and his passport has been taken.
The firefighter's social media accounts show a husband and father who appears to be an active member of the Dublin community.
He posted a picture of his passport next to a beer on his now-deleted X account on Thursday, when he traveled to the US with his colleagues.
It appears his wife Ciara stayed in Dublin with their two daughters.
'As always in these matters, the willingness of the victim to come forward is crucial. This victim deserves enormous credit for doing that in this case,' said Suffolk District Attorney Kevin Hayden.
'I’m grateful for the alertness of police in finding out that Mr. Crosbie was attempting to leave the country before he could be held accountable for his actions.'

Crosbie is due back in court on April 16.
The Dublin Fire Brigade said on Tuesday he has been put on leave.
They said in a statement: 'We cannot comment on the specific circumstances but we would reiterate the high standards that we expect from all who represent our organization at any event.
'As a result, we are conducting an internal investigation and establishing the facts in collaboration with the appropriate authorities and the organizers of the delegation. As this is a criminal investigation we will not be making any further comment at this time.'
