Larsa, 49, and Marcus, 33, already appeared on The Traitors together earlier this year, but Marcus won't be joining the RHOM star on House of Villains.
ET were first to report that the pair have split for a second time, claiming that Larsa is now looking for 'someone who is motivated like her'.
The former couple had been struggling to keep their relationship together for months.
They first split in February, which caused Larsa to delete all traces of Marcus from her Instagram page.
She then refollowed him days later when they reconciled, telling Two Ts in a Pod, 'I was just emotional and impulsive I guess.'
Trishelle Cannatella recently shared some insight into the couple's demise, noting that she saw a difference between when they filmed The Traitors last year and then when they returned for the reunion in February.
'Okay, seeing them in the castle together, they were inseparable – all over each other, genuinely in love,' she said on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
'Like, he’s carrying her purse, he’s a good guy. I don’t care what anybody says about Marcus, I love him,' she continued.
'And I think they genuinely went through a breakup because I saw them at the reunion and there was a little bit of tension there. They weren’t as lovey-dovey. So, I think that there was an actual problem.'

The former couple were linked to the Chicago Bulls NBA dynasty of the 1990s, as Marcus is Michael Jordan's son, while Larsa is Scottie Pippen's ex wife.
Marcus' famed father, 60, publicly expressed disapproval of his son's relationship last summer.
Michael had been asked about the relationship, and if he was in favor of it, while he went to dinner at the Parisian restaurant Matignon last July with wife Yvette Prieto, 44. The iconic NBA player initially laughed then said, 'No.'
Larsa and Marcus have their own iHeartRadio podcast titled Separation Anxiety, which debuted last June.
It's unclear if the podcast will continue in the wake of their split, as their most recent podcast was posted in November.
Both Larsa and Marcus addressed Michael's remarks on their podcast shortly thereafter, as Marcus said he was amused, and didn't think Michael meant harm with the remark.
'Immediately I thought: "Like, he's playing; he's joking, he's laughing",' Marcus said. 'He's, you know, just being playful.'
Larsa said she 'didn't think it was funny' and saw 'nothing funny about it,' adding, 'I do understand that it's not awkward for us to be together because it's us, but it probably is awkward for my ex and your dad.'
The pair officially started dating in 2022 and were completely inseparable, with the son of NBA legend Michael Jordan seemingly following the RHOM star everywhere she went

Larsa previously admitted that her romance with Marcus had made things 'awkward' with NBA legend Michael and his old Chicago Bulls teammate, Scottie Pippen.
'I'm not crazy. The relationship is probably awkward for them (Michael and Scottie),' she admitted on the Whine Down podcast.
'I don’t ask him [Scottie] about his personal stuff. He doesn’t ask me about my personal stuff. We talk about our kids and that’s it.
'We [Larsa and Marcus] have our own relationship. We have our own day-to-day life. It doesn’t really involve anyone else other than us and my kids.'
Larsa is mom to four kids with ex-husband Scottie Pippen - sons Scotty Jr., 22, Preston, 21, and Justin, 18, and daughter Sophia, 14.
They first split in 2016, reconciled and then split for good in 2018 after 14 years of marriage.

She also enjoyed a brief fling with chart-topping rapper Future, but later told Hollywood Unlocked that it was 'never that serious'.
The reality star even enjoyed a fling with Tristan Thompson in 2016, before he met Khloe Kardashian.
'I was kinda seeing Tristan before Khloé. Before Khloé or any of them knew he existed,' she told Hollywood Raw.
'I was seeing him, I had him come to L.A., I brought him to a party Kim [Kardashian] had. I introduced him to all of them.'
