Former President Donald Trump said Vice President Kamala Harris is a 'disaster,' claiming that President Joe Biden and Democrats wanted to replace her on the ticket.
Trump spoke about Harris and his own search for a running mate during an interview Tuesday with WABC radio host Sid Rosenberg.
'Look, Biden is the worst president in the history of our country and he's got a vice president who is a total catastrophe,' Trump said. 'They want to change her, they're dying to change her, but they're afraid to change her.'

Trump argued that Biden and Harris were the worst executive team in the history of the country.
'He's got a disaster and he's a disaster,' Trump said. 'In history there's never been a worse team than that. She's actually less popular than he is.'
A Suffolk/USA Today poll released Thursday showed that Harris only has a 36 percent job approval rating while 52 percent disapprove of her performance.
Biden has a 41 percent job approval rating in the same poll.
Democrats in Washington, DC, quietly complain behind the scenes about Harris' performance, but resist publicly criticizing her because of the historic nature of her office as the first black woman vice president.
Political pundits occasionally call for Harris to step aside, describing her low approval ratings and public struggles as bad for Biden's reelection chances.
Washington Post columnist Kathleen Parker wrote Friday that 'for the country's sake, Vice President Harris should step aside' asserting that she had become a 'burden to the Democratic ticket.'
'Please, Madame Vice President, do it for your country,' Parker concluded.
Reports say Biden never considered replacing Harris, knowing the sensitivities he experienced when he was vice president when Obama political aides discussed replacing him on the 2012 ticket with then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Publicly, Biden remains supportive of Harris, despite privately describing her as 'work in progress.'
Biden said that Harris was a 'historic vice president who was doing an incredible job,' during a White House event celebrating Women's History Month on Monday.

Trump continues to weigh his pick for a running mate as he has officially seized the Republican 2024 nomination for president, but is in no rush to select someone until the Republican National Convention in mid-July.
He said during the interview that his number one priority was to pick someone who could step into the role and serve as president.
'It's very important you pick the right person, in case something happens ... things can happen and you want to have somebody who can step into the role and be great,' he said.
Trump ridiculed a list of potential running mate picks that was published Tuesday by Bloomberg and said it was 'not accurate at all.'
The list included North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum, Rep. Elise Stefanik, former Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Ben Carson, and former US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer while ruling out entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy.
Trump said he was not interested in choosing a running mate to help him win the election.
'In terms of an election, historically, it doesn't help at all,' he said. 'It's amazing how little.'
