World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler banked an astonishing $8.5million on the course over the past two weeks but when it comes to social media even he can't compete with influencer Paige Spiranac.
Spiranac has built a successful business across her social media platforms with her four million Instagram followers allowing her to make thousands of dollars from one post.
And recent research shows that in the age of the golf influencer, Spiranac leads the social media sensations who are rivalling - if not beating - the average PGA Tour player for influence.
Spiranac pockets an average of around $8,477 to $12,716 per post, according to a study conducted by Vegas Insider.
The calculation, which factors in engagement rate per post, extras for the type of post, and additional considerations, also worked out that on average all golf influencers are making $2,000 to $12,716 per post.

Golf's glamor girl earns four times as much as World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler per post
In comparison, Scheffler, who has 625,622 followers on Instagram, reportedly earns around $2,000 to $3,000 per post.
That sees Spiranac's most expensive post make her four times more than the Players Championship winner's most expensive.
Meanwhile, PGA Tour player Chris Kirk, who has a total of six victories under his belt, has the lowest follower count of the sample of professionals, seeing him earn just $140 to $211 per post.
According to the total data, the average golf influencer can charge around $4,837 for a post on Instagram, while the average tour pro can reportedly fetch about $994 per post - eight times less than Spiranac's least expensive post.
The other influencers included Grace Charis, Garrett Clark and Rick Shiels, while the pros boasted some of the biggest names in golf such as Xander Schauffele, Patrick Cantlay and Wyndham Clark.
Spiranac is one of the most polarizing figures in the sport but it's undeniable that the American has made her mark, taking social media by storm in her tiny, tight-fit skirts and low-cut tops.
Spiranac has amassed four million Instagram followers by posting glamorous photos of herself
In addition to the likes of Scheffler, she also rivals Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy in social media popularity.
The 30-year-old posts glamorous photos on the golf course and has racked up her millions Instagram followers, earning herself the title of 'world's sexiest woman'.
Spiranac also uses her growing platform to wade in on golf's hottest topics, from the controversial Saudi-backed LIV Tour to dress codes.
She turned to influencing in 2016 when her attempts to break onto the professional circuit failed.
