Founding member of the Red Hot Chili Peppers' Michael Peter Balzary, better known as Flea, has relisted his Los Angeles mansion for almost $7 million.
The rock star originally purchased the 5.7-acre property for $4.25 million in 2018. He previously tried to sell the house in 2022 for close to $10 million.
This compound, located north of downtown L.A. in La Crescenta, is separated into two structures: the main house, which was built in the 2000s, and the property's original house.
The original house, which includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, walls of glass and a Bear Valley stone fireplace, was designed by Richard Neutra, a famous Austria-American architect, for Flea's secretary Dorothy Serulnic in 1953.
The modern 1,350-square-foot space has unique architect-designed built-ins, including a sofa system with a record player and concealed speakers, multiple desks, shelving, dining room table and sliding breakfast nook and vanity.
