Another cast member has exited And Just Like That... as the Max series prepares to enter its third season.
Karen Pittman, who played Professor Nya Wallace on the Sex and the City spin-off, is walking away after two seasons, citing 'scheduling conflicts'.
'It has been a joy to have Karen Pittman play the smart and stunning Professor Nya Wallace on the first two seasons of And Just Like That,' a Max spokesperson told Deadline.
'As we have thoroughly enjoyed working with this dynamic actress, so too have others. Due to her commitments to two other streamer series, it has become apparent that filming three shows at once isn't possible,' they continued.
The statement concluded, 'Due to the production realities, we are disappointed to announce that scheduling conflicts will not allow us to continue with this character as part of season 3 of And Just Like That.

Kristin Davis recently revealed filming on And Just Like That... season three is set to begin imminently.
The spin-off - which stars Davis as Charlotte York alongside Sarah Jessica Parker as Carrie Bradshaw and Cynthia Nixon as Miranda Hobbes - will return in 2025 after WGA and SAG/AFTRA strikes delayed work on new scripts.
Sharing a montage of behind-the-scenes moments from the show, Kristin wrote on Instagram: 'It’s almost that time again… can’t wait to be reunited with my AJLT family.'

Showrunner Michael Patrick King said: 'We are thrilled to spend more time in the Sex and the City universe telling new stories about the lives of these relatable and aspirational characters played by these amazing actors.'
