Jimmie Allen quietly welcomed twins with a fan, who was legally married at the time they were conceived, DailyMail.com can reveal.
The country singer, 38, shocked fans on Tuesday when he revealed that he had fathered two more children outside of his marriage to his wife of three years, Alexis Gale.
Sources have now confirmed that the his nine-month-old twins Amari and Aria were the result of relations with his longtime fan Danielle Rice, 33, who was still married to her husband Daniel Rice when the twins were conceived in the fall of 2022.
'Danielle was married at the time of conception,' an insider close to Danielle's ex-husband told DailyMail.com exclusively.

The country singer's nine-month-old twins Amari and Aria were the result of relations with his longtime fan Danielle, 33, in Fall 2022
Danielle was still legally wed to her husband of five years, Daniel Rice, when the twins were conceived in the fall of 2022. They filed for divorce in November that year
They claimed that 'both Danielle and Jimmie caused both sides a great deal of pain in their decisions' and argued that 'the world should see it for what it really is.'
A spokesperson for Danielle insisted that she was legally separated from her husband of five years at the time of her romance with Jimmie - who they claim had also separated from his wife Alexis, 28.
'Danielle and Jimmie have enjoyed a friendship for over nine years before they conceived their kids,' they said. 'At the time of the romance, Jimmie and his wife Alexis were not together.
'Danielle was separated from her husband and had been in the process of leaving what was a very difficult relationship for her.'
Danielle and her ex-husband officially filed for divorce in Potter County, Pennsylvania in November 2022, with proceedings finalized in March 17, 2023.
Four months later, Danielle welcomed her fraternal twins and revealed them to the world in an Instagram snap of herself holding the newborns on July 25.
'Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart,' she captioned the post. 'A + A, thank you for making me a mama.'
The source close to Danielle's ex-husband claimed he had been left 'angry and broken for a long time' by the 'unenviable situation' and slammed the pair for their 'hurtful behavior.'
They stated: 'Danielle chose, just as he did, to forego their morals and principles, their promises to their partners, to do what they wanted.'
Earlier this week, Jimmie, 38, revealed he has a total of six children, after welcoming twins Amari and Aria, nine months
'I have 6 kids. I love each one of them. I refuse to let anyone make me feel ashamed of any of my children. The only opinion I care about is theirs,' he wrote in a text post on his Stories
Danielle describes herself as a 'twin mama' who is interested in 'fitness, music, Disney [and] skin care,' on Instagram, and regularly shares posts about life with the twins
Indeed, Danielle was no stranger to Jimmie after publicly showing love and support for the father of her children ever since his career took off in 2018.
The fan first shared a social media posts of the pair together at York Fair music festival in September that year, which she captioned: 'So much love for this guy'.
Jimmie — whose former manager recently dropped a sexual assault lawsuit against him — responded: 'So good seeing you.'
One year later, Danielle shared another snap of the pair at the same festival and wrote: '@jimmieallen never disappoints.'
The country music fan then went on to watch Jimmie perform at a gig in Delaware in 2020, and again at both Hudson Fields Concerts and Musikfest in 2021.
When she joked about the rainy weather for both events in an Instagram caption that read, 'apparently only seeing @jimmieallen in the rain this summer,' the singer replied: 'My bad. They call me the Rain Man [laughing with tears emoji].'
In September 2022, she then watched Jimmie perform at the Eat to the Beat Concert Series held at Florida's Disney World - with the twins likely conceived around that time.
Two months later, she officially filed for divorce in a Pennsylvania court on November 17, 2022.
The mother-of-two describes herself on Instagram as a 'twin mama' who is interested in 'fitness, music, disney, skin care.' She regularly shares posts about motherhood.
Jimmie and Alexis (seen in 2023) wed in June 2020 but, after nearly three years of marriage, they filed for divorce on April 28 - the same day they announced their third pregnancy
The spokesperson for Danielle said that the pair are currently focused on their kids.
'Their main goal is to remain great friends and to be great parents for their kids,' they said.
Jimmie and his estranged wife Alexis now appear to be over after she appeared to target him in the wake of his baby announcement with a video in which she warned that 'lies will always catch up to you.' She did not mention Jimmie by name.
'I don't have anything to say,' she started. 'Those lies, they'll always catch up to you. What is done in the dark will come out in the light. Every. Single. Time. So keep playing.'
Alexis made it clear that she wasn't going to lose sleep over the latest developments, adding: 'I am truly at the point in my life where I am just letting God work, and not saying s*** anymore. There's no reason to say s***.
'People tell on themselves, they show you who you are, they always expose themselves. You don't have to do a single thing, ever. Something always comes out and it just happens naturally.'
The mother-of-three finished: 'So I'm gonna sit here, enjoy my mothaf***in day, and keep on pushing.'
Danielle was a fan for years as showcased on social media accounts, with Jimmie often posing for pictures with her at music festivals
Jimmy would also comment regularly on her Instagram snaps of them together
She appeared to address the situation the day before on Instagram in a post which read: 'Character is who you are when no one's watching.'
Danielle appeared to respond to Alexis' comments with a picture of her children and the word 'unbothered.'
Alexis' posts came after her husband shared photos on his account of son Amari and daughter Aria.
'I have 6 kids,' he wrote. 'I love each one of them. I refuse to let anyone make me feel ashamed of any of my children. The only opinion I care about is theirs.'

Jimmie and Alexis later welcomed son Cohen Ace James, now five months. The couple also share daughters Naomi, three, and Zara, two.
The singer also has eight-year-old son Aadyn with a woman from a previous relationship.
Last October, the singer was reported to have reconciled with Alexis but it appears the relationship is now over.
News he has fathered twins comes after he was hit with a sexual abuse lawsuit by his former manager, and another by a different woman claiming he had sexually assaulted her.

The Grammy nominee has vehemently denied the accusations and filed two countersuits against the women in July.
On Thursday, his former manager - who went by the name of Jane Doe in court documents - dropped the sexual assault lawsuit after coming to an agreement, according to People.
The country singer is still facing a second sexual assault lawsuit by the other woman - Jane Doe 2 - who alleged that Jimmie had secretly filmed her during sex.
She claimed that the singer 'randomly' approached her on a plane in May 2022 and began to pursue her with daily phone communication for two months, per Variety.
They then agreed to meet in Las Vegas, where the woman alleges she was sexually assaulted in a hotel room.
She claimed Jimmie had intercourse with her without a condom and told her he 'wanted to get her pregnant' - despite her wishes to use protection. She also claimed she repeatedly asked him to stop during intercourse - which he ignored.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Jimmie said the sex was consensual and that the woman told him she was 'fine' with him setting up his phone to record their intercourse.
