The reality star has now taken to TikTok to share her experience of being a cast member as she dished the details on everything from travel days to phone policies
Hannah started off her first video by sharing that during her season she traveled to Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Los Angeles, Colorado, Alabama, Portugal and Rome - which she described as 'so fun.'
She explained: 'When we were overseas [for] a lot of the flights, we would all get on first, because we had seats in the back and random spots.
'Then the Bachelor and the host - at the time it was Chris Harrison, would get on last and they would get to sit in the front.
'We each were allowed two suitcases and a carry-on. We only took buses and shuttles to the airports and back, especially when there was a lot of us.'
Hannah said that she would not usually sleep on planes and instead would listen to music, watch films or write in her journal.
She added that the frequently changing time zones didn't really impact her because she was 'so tired after filming all day.'
The contestants either stayed at hotels or large houses - depending on the location.
Hannah explained: '[If we stayed] in a house, everybody would kind of disperse in different rooms. As soon as you open the door, you run and go choose your bed.

'But if it's in a hotel room, they would rent out these big giant, suites or rooms and do a bunch of single beds in there, and you just go and choose yours.
'They did have a stage room for filming, so if you got lucky, you could have your own bed.
'There was a designated area in each place we stayed - they would rent out just a plain room basically - and all meals were catered unless you were on a date.'
She continued: 'I remember they wanted us to keep the talking about the show and what's going on - the drama and stuff - pretty minimal on the planes.
'We weren't really supposed to talk about it because if we weren't mic'd they obviously wanted to capture whatever you were saying or thinking on camera.'
The social media star, who now has 1.2 million followers on TikTok, concluded: 'It might be different these days, but that was my experience - the good old days.'
She captioned the video: 'Honestly the travel days were where we made sooo many memories lol.'
In Hannah's follow-up clip, she unpacked yet more of the show's policies.

She started off the video by replying to comments from followers that were asking her about using phones during filming.
'You literally don't have a phone. You get there and you put it in an envelope, and then you don't see it until you're off the show. For me, it was not until I got to the airport to take my flight home.
'Yes, I missed out on some big things happening at home, like life events.'
She recalled the producers telling the contestants: 'Okay, we're gonna take your phone in about 10 minutes. Go ahead and text everybody "bye."'
Hannah clarified: 'Obviously, if you had something really important going on, or kids, they would probably let you use your phone or a producer's phone.'
Elsewhere, discussing days-off from filming which she referred to as 'maintenance days,' Hannah admitted: 'There was no rule book.'
The women would often share things such as bobby pins amongst themselves, but recalls being allowed to use their cards to make small purchases.
'For the maintenance days though, once you start traveling you can either go and explore whatever city you in with the producers or handlers, or you can go and get your nails done.'
She explained: 'I didn't have capability to Google search anything around me - a handler would look it up and be like: "There's this tanning salon nearby."'
She concluded by confessing: 'I'm also very fascinated with all the behind-the-scenes stuff because I used to watch the show, so I was definitely nerding out when I was there'
She also dished that if one of the lucky women got to introduce The Bachelor to their family in their hometown, they still were not allowed to stay with relatives.
Hannah confessed: 'I was actually so bummed. I actually stayed at a hotel that was right down the street from my personal house, which was a bummer, cause in my head I thought I could literally walk there and knock on the door - but I wasn't going to do that obviously.'
She also explained: 'Packing was so stressful. Not for [Bachelor in] Paradise though, because you're only in one location and it's really warm.
'I had an entire duffel bag of swimsuits and then the cocktail dresses didn't take up a lot of room.
'They gave us a packing list for the main show, so I went off of that one.'
