A 64-year-old woman has wowed the internet after revealing how she stays looking fit and youthful - and it is all about nutrition.
Harrah Brown, from the US, took to TikTok to explain her 90/10 diet rule as she showed off her grocery haul.
The mom-of-four, whose children are now all adults, explained that her eating habits consist of consuming '90 per cent nutrient dense foods while eating at home and 10 per cent fun foods when going out to eat.'
She claimed the regime, coupled with working out, had helped her 'lose menopause belly fat and become more lean and strong.'

In the clip, which has so far been viewed more than 13,700 times, Harrah addressed the camera directly as she unpacked her grocery bags.
'Frozen blueberries, olive oil, malt - which is almond milk for my one cup of coffee that I have a day,' she shared.
She then hauled out pistachios and gruyere cheese with salmon and halibut filets as her source of protein at dinner time.
'Chicken breast, half a pound of spiced roast beef, raspberries, cucumber, romaine lettuce, cilantro,' were the items lifted out next.
She then held up her zero percent Fage yogurt as she gushed: 'Love these because they each have 16 grams of protein.'
But Harrah, who insists she only began working out at 61, did not stop there - rounding off her shopping haul with fresh ground peanut butter, green cabbage, limes and a lemon.
'These are the types of foods that I buy on a regular basis,' the content creator shared to her 115,000 followers.
'You'll notice I don't buy any sweets - no cookies, no cakes, no snacks, no ice cream, no processed foods.'

She concluded: 'For me, this is how I have been able to lose my menopause belly fat and become more lean and strong.'
Elaborating further in the caption, the social media star wrote: 'These are the types of foods I buy each week.
'I practice the 90/10 rule. 90 per cent nutrient dense foods while eating at home and 10 per cent fun foods when going out to eat.
And it seems that Harrah's healthy food choices are supported by nutritionists.
Blueberries and raspberries are very high in antioxidants, which helps decrease free radicals in the skin, and as a result, reduces premature aging, according to Healthline.

Olive oil has long been a staple of the Mediterranean diet contains many healthy fats.
'Extra virgin olive oil is also high in antioxidants, such as tocopherols and beta carotene, as well as phenolic compounds that also have anti-inflammatory properties,' the site also states.
Almond milk is high in healthy fats and vitamin E which helps increase skin cell turnover and in turn makes your skin appear brighter.
Equally, pistachios help provide antioxidants and increase your protein and fiber intake. They are also rich in lutein and zeaxanthin, which reduces the risk of developing chronic eye conditions, according to Medical News Today.
Fresh ground peanut butter contains high levels of protein and fiber and its fatty acids such as omega-6 help your body's cell production, which improves the health of your skin and hair.
Salmon contains astaxanthin which is an antioxidant that increases skin elasticity and hydration.
Similarly, halibut contains vitamin B6 and B12 both of which can assist in metabolizing fats and promote healthy hair, skin, liver and eyes.
Cucumbers have vitamin A which helps prevent sun damage, as well as vitamin B, which increases skin elasticity, and vitamin C, which contains collagen and elastin to prevent signs of aging.

Harrah responded: 'Thank you. Yes, I work full time and have a commute as well. Workout three times a week, plus walk a minimum one mile daily.'
One person inquired: 'I've been trying to eat better but [am] hungry all the time. Any suggestions,' and Harrah replied: 'Yes, try adding more protein to your daily diet.'
