A woman who once ate fast food 'three times a day, seven days a week' and skyrocketed to 371 pounds has revealed how she dropped nearly 200 pounds - and made her marriage 'stronger than ever.'
Sarah Infinger, 28, has struggled with her weight since she was child - adding that she was 'obese' even when young.
She had the 'palate of a five-year-old' up until she was 26 years old and found herself downing two cokes, two orders of fries, two burgers, and dessert from McDonald's 'two to three times a day.'
It wasn't until her husband and high school sweetheart, Caleb, begged her to make a change after she struggled to walk short distances without getting tired and weighed nearly 400 pounds.

Now, Sarah has shed 190 pounds and revealed how it made her life and marriage better in every way.
Speaking to Truly, she revealed that her love for fried foods and hate of vegetables made her pack on the pounds.
At her heaviest, she weighed 371 pounds. And while Caleb never cared about the number on the scale, he began to worry about Sarah's health.
'Sarah was always heavier even when we did first meet at the same time it wasn't really something that I ever looked that wasn't something I really cared about for me it was always just her personality and who she was that I fell in love with,' Caleb said.
'One of the first times I really realized was when we were out every time we were like walking somewhere she would try to find somewhere to sit down as soon as we had the opportunity to and it wasn't very long distances or anything like that.
'I was like, "Hey maybe this isn't like the best thing, I really want you to be here forever like this is a concern of mine."'
Caleb's plea was a 'reality check' for Sarah who then underwent gastric sleeve in 2021 before switching up her diet and becoming consistent with her gym routine.
She explained that she had so much 'shame and guilt' after she saw the number on the scale soar to 371 and decided to make a change.
After getting surgery, she got serious about her gym routine.
