Christine Quinn's former fiancé filed for a restraining order against her after a series of furious rows, DailyMail.com can reveal, as it's announced her current husband is now seeking protection.
The former Selling Sunset star, 35, is currently at a safe location after her spouse, Christian Richard, was arrested for violating the emergency protection order against him last Wednesday.
It came hours after the businessman, 45, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon at their Hollywood Hills home after he allegedly threw a bag containing glass at his wife, which is said to have struck their two-year-old son, Christian.
Richard has since denied the allegations, claiming the bag was not full of glass and that he did not aim his throw at her or their son, as he requested a temporary restraining order.
Christine Quinn threatened to take out a restraining order against her ex-fiancé, Matthew Wiltsey, back in 2014 - but he filed first

It is not the first time Quinn has faced escalating tensions in a relationship, with her ex – fine art dealer Matthew Wiltsey – filing for a temporary restraining order against her back in August 2014.
The pair, who met and quickly got engaged earlier that year, hit rock bottom after she learned of his tax debts and fraud.
Following a series of rows not long after their lavish engagement party on July 27 at the $4 million LA home they shared, Quinn threatened to take out a restraining order against Wiltsey - but he filed first on August 6.
'Christine and Matt got together in 2014,' an insider told DailyMail.com.
'She told him that she needed an engagement ring that was 10 carats, so was a little upset when he got her an eight-carat ring.'
They continued: 'They were engaged very quickly. But when she found out about his fraud, she didn't want to get sucked into that mess and told him it was over. This was right after their engagement party in July 2014.
'They had blowout fights and she told him she was going to get a restraining order against him. So, being the male that he is, he beat her to it.
'Then he had it dropped thinking she was going to come running back to him but she didn't. She had moved on as quickly as it started.'

Quinn and Richard tied the knot in December 2019 in an unconventional gothic winter wonderland-themed wedding at a downtown Los Angeles cathedral
Wiltsey had the request dissolved two weeks later on August 27.
A year after they split, the businessman had to pay a $335,515 federal tax lien release. Prior to their relationship he had paid out hundreds of thousands in state and federal tax liens, as well as small claims judgements.
In 2017, Wiltsey had to pay $2.73 million in damages after being convicted in a civil trial of fraud.
Quinn is currently at a safe location following the arrest of husband Richard, and is reportedly considering filing for divorce.
The retired tech entrepreneur, who wed the ex Selling Sunset star in 2019, was seen being led away in handcuffs by officers while barefoot and clad in only a bathrobe after the incident involving the couple's only child last Tuesday.
The tech millionaire's bond was set at $30,000 and Quinn took out a weeklong emergency protective order against him.
He was released shortly after and on Wednesday night made his way back to their home, where police arrested him for the second time.
Richard, pictured with Quinn and their son, Christian, has denied his wife's claim that he threw a bag of glass at her, as he seeks a temporary protection order against her
An LAPD spokesperson told DailyMail.com the cops arrived at the house 'at 10:48 pm and the suspect was arrested for violating the restraining order that was obtained the day prior.'
They added: 'He posted bond of $30,000 and has a court date set for 4/11.'
Richard has now filed for a temporary restraining order to protect himself, according to court documents obtained by TMZ, after he was accused by Quinn of domestic violence - something he vehemently denies.
Richard is claiming the events leading up to his arrest arose over an argument about their two dogs which Quinn reportedly refuses to train despite them defecating in the house.
He allegedly became angry when they urinated over some valuable possessions and he picked up a bag of trash, which he claims was full of soiled rags and paper towels, and threw it at a wall.
Richard claims Quinn grabbed their son and ran to another room before he was later faced with armed police.
