A Versace sample sale in New York City had to be shut down by cops after a violent brawl allegedly broke out between bargain-hunters.
TikTokers caught the commotion outside the Big Apple store following a dispute about who was at the front of the line of around 10,000 people, who had been waiting around 24 hours for the 80 percent discount event.
One woman described the scene as 'ghetto' and said shoppers had even 'broken the glass of one of the doors' while one girl had been taken away in an ambulance after she was 'trampled'.
'If you were thinking about coming to the New York City Versace sale, don't come,' one woman at the scene said on TikTok.

One woman described the scene as 'ghetto' and said shoppers had even 'broken the glass of one of the doors' while one girl had been taken away in an ambulance after she was 'trampled'
'It's ghetto here. It's ghetto. It got shut down. They even broke the glass of one of the doors.
'They've been fighting each other, some girl had to leave out in the ambulance because she got trampled.'
A man outside the store said the violence was sparked by a dispute about who was at the front of the line.
'People ran to the front and then they stayed at the front, and then the people in the second batch argued about it and then total chaos ensued,' he said in another TikTok video.
'They promised that the second half of the line was going to go in first before everybody else, but they didn't honor it,' his friend added.
'So now there's a whole gabble in the front, people are not moving their cars, people are fighting the staff, people are fighting each other... they canceled the sale!'
A one-minute time lapse of the people waiting in line showed that close to 10,000 hopeful bargain hunters had turned out to the event only to leave empty-handed.
'New Yorkers are crazy again!' the user who posted the time-lapse said in the caption, adding that 'more than 9,999 people waited 24 hours in line for the 80 percent discount event.

Meanwhile, one intrepid shopper who traveled from out of state for the sale said: 'I can't believe it.
'I came all the way to New York for the Versace sale and left with nothing... they shut the whole thing down. This is wild.'
She added that the sample sale was supposed to be running from Wednesday until Saturday but shoppers had been left confused as to whether it was canceled completely.
Her video showed hundreds of people milling around beside several NYPD vehicles with blue lights flashing at the scene.
It is unclear how the alleged fight started.
