Wild footage captured the moment a determined subway rider dragged the unconscious body of a passenger off a train surrounded by commuters.
The footage, shot in the Turtle Bay neighborhood of Manhattan, showed a fed-up subway rider taking matters into his own hands after the passed out man stopped the train from continuing its journey.
Moments before, the passenger who filmed the encounter also shared an image of the allegedly comatose man slumped over a subway bench.
It is only the latest in a string of unsavory subway incidents in recent times that have left Big Apple residents fuming, including a 45-year-old man who was killed after being randomly shoved onto the tracks last week.

Officers were called to the scene to deal with the listless passenger, however by the time they arrived he was awake and refused medical attention
In the recent footage, dozens of commuters stood by on the 59th Street platform, with the train they intended to board held up by the unconscious rider.
While most bystanders didn't appear concerned after the subways have become plagued by threatening or drugged-out passengers recently, one man appears to check the senseless man's pulse.
'He's not dead, he's still alive,' the man says.
The MTA reportedly confirmed to The Post that the incident occurred on March 7, and they described the unconscious man as being in a 'drugged state.'

He then walked out of the station, and the train continued on its way, the MTA said.
