Scandal-ridden Colorado Republican Congresswoman Lauren Boebert drew a small crowd to a campaign event as she fights to retain a place in Washington after switching districts.
Boebert, who is attempting to win a seat in the state's Fourth Congressional District after two terms in the third, posted photos of her event to social media Friday.
She wrote: 'Great to be with you today, Adams County GOP!'
The photos showed several empty or partially populated rows as the 36-year-old grandmother spoke to her would-be constituents.
Boebert has been fighting against perception of liberals and even some moderate Republicans of her reckless nature, with a series of scandals dotting her time in office, most infamously when she was asked to leave a performance of Beetlejuice over sexually groping her date.

Arguably the most infamous incident involving Boebert saw her removed from a theater in Denver after she became amorous with her date.
Boebert - who divorced her husband in 2023 amid accusations of domestic abuse - was filmed lashing out at theater staff after being booted from a Beetlejuice performance for singing along - with staff claiming she also vaped and took photos during the performance.
Surveillance footage shows Boebert, wearing a tight, low-cut gold dress and high heels, making a considerable fuss as she and a hunky mystery man are ordered out.
She can be seen snapping a selfie as she leaves the auditorium and angrily bares her teeth at staff as she is escorted through the lobby.
According to The Denver Post, the lawmaker at one point declared 'Do you know who I am?' Afterwards, Boebert and her smartly-dressed date were caught on camera walking off through the empty nighttime streets of the Mile High City.
Just weeks later, Boebert was accused of using campaign funds to watching a cycle race that her partner from that night, Aspen bar owner Quinn Gallagher was competing in.
But Boebert has been plagued by distracting incidents both before and during her time in Congress.
In late February, things took another unfortunate turn for Boebert after her son, Tyler, 18, was picked up by the police in Rifle, Colorado, on 22 various different charges including three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Boebert, 36, and her mystery man quickly made their way through the lobby and out the front doors
Around the time that the arrest was taking place, Boebert's social media accounts were lambasting President Joe Biden's 'crime family' as 'the most corrupt family in American history.'
This marks just the latest drama involving the politician whose greatest hits including allegations that she punched her ex-husband, allegations of pointing a gun at an Obama-supporting employee and trying to prove that a WWE star was her birth father.
Boebert has also enraged liberals for referring to Ilhan Omar as part of the 'Jihad Squad' and was roundly mocked in 2021 after she made a Christmas card with her family showing all brandishing rifles.
She's even angered fellow MAGA ally Marjorie Taylor Greene, when last year the pair reportedly almost got into a screaming match in a women's restroom near the House floor over Boebert's opposition to Kevin McCarthy.
Conservatives even winced when Boebert proudly defended Tyler when he impregnated his 17-year-old girlfriend despite the fact that the couple were not married.
She first evealed at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in 2023 that she would become a grandma by age 36.
Dave Rubin of the 'Rubin Report' asked the conservative firebrand if her oldest of four sons Tyler getting his girlfriend pregnant 'challenged' any of her beliefs.
'Obviously, I'm a Christian, and there are standards that we like to uphold, but none of us do it perfectly,' she said. 'We can nitpick what the Bible says is right and wrong, but I think just having that heart posture of wanting to serve God, it's so important.'

She added that she and her son would go over 'redemption and how to move forward.'
However, her popularity with the MAGA base may still save her as she faces a crowded primary and the local GOP on Friday gave her a boost.
A Colorado Republican panel made a surprising decision Thursday night, choosing a former mayor, Greg Lopez, to be U.S. Rep. Ken Buck's likely replacement until the November general election.
While Lopez is likely to win in the dark red district, he will be a placeholder and plans to step down after the general election winner is sworn into office in January.
Two of Boebert's primary opponents who came in second and third, the special election candidacy would have been a boon and allowed them incumbency leading up to the general election in November.
