Have you ever wondered if there are certain areas you should absolutely avoid when it comes to injectables?

Nurse practitioner Christine Tong at the Beauty Boost Med Spa in Newport, California, has revealed the treatments she'd never do as an injector on TikTok - and some might surprise you.

Christine shocked the Orange County beauty hot spot's 148,000 followers - and many asked questions or weighed in with their own experiences.

Here's why Christine avoids Botox on people with hooded eyelids, isn't always a fan of under-eye filler, and thinks it's important to start with the cheeks and go from there.

Christine revealed she will never do too much Botox on people with hooded eyelids.

'If you do too much Botox in here,' Christine said, pointing to her forehead, 'as much as you'll get smoothness, if you have hooded eyelids it can make it look really heavy and hooded even more.'

Christine would never do under-eye filler without doing PRF first, which is platelet-rich fibrin therapy.

PRF helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles, tighten and improve skin tone, and soften the appearance of scars.

PRF, which is also known as a vampire facial, is done when you have blood drawn, collected, and then injected back into the treatment area to address skin concerns.

'People have thin skin that makes it look like you have darker circles and hollowing, but really, you can build that up with some PRF and you might actually get to avoid filler,' Christine advised.

She went on to say she would also never do nasolabial fillers without injecting the cheeks first.

'Sometimes, when you get that support, the smile lines will soften, and you might not have to do smile line filler,' Christine explained.

'Then how do you do Botox if you have hooded eyes?' one person asked, and the content creator responded, 'You still can! Just have to be more careful with dosing and placement.'

'Can you explain what you recommend for under eyes? I've never heard what you are recommending?' another commenter questioned.

The creator answered that it is PRF, which is 'amazing for building collagen and brightening and tightening!'

'What are your thoughts on Botox used on someone with hooded eyes to create a brow lift effect? Is it actually achievable?' a curious commenter asked, and the creator said 'it can be' if administered correctly.

Others shared their horror stories with the treatments.

'I got my nasolabial filler and I hate it,' one person wrote.

Another complained, 'I recently had Botox and now have hooded eyelids! Is this treatable at this point?'

'Not me doing the exact tweakments you said not to do. It was 2017 and didn't know any better,' a commenter reminisced.
