The In Ha Mood rapper, 24 - who kicked off the ceremony by winning Best New Hip-Hop Artist - joined other celebrities at the star-studded event at the Dolby Theatre, including Katy Perry and Jelly Roll.
The star flaunted her figure in a thin, sheer black bandeau top as well as a high-waisted, maxi skirt that clung to her frame and fell down into a short train behind her.
She layered the ensemble with a black, cutout jacket that the performer opted to leave unzipped at the front.
Her long locks were parted to the side, and effortlessly flowed down naturally past her shoulders.

Her makeup was glammed up for the evening, and comprised of a layer of mascara to her lashes as well as a bold, winged eyeliner.
A light, warm blush and highlighter was added to her cheekbones, while a nude-colored glossy tint was worn on her lips for a finishing touch.
The beauty was seen striking a variety of poses upon arriving to the venue shortly before the festivities began.
During the ceremony, Ice Spice notably gave an empowering speech upon being honored with the Best New Hip-Hop Artist award.
Upon taking to the stage, she was welcomed by excited cheers and applause from the crowd, and she gushed, 'Thank you guys so much, this is such an honor.'
'I usually don't know what to say up here,' the Princess Diana hitmaker continued. 'But I don't know, today feels different.'
'I just want to tell all my fans - hi SZA,' she said, quickly stopping herself to send a quick greeting to fellow music artist, SZA, who was seated amongst the crowd. 'I just want to tell all my fans that I love you so much.'

The rapper has been keeping busy and recently attended the Billboard Women In Music event last month in March - where she was also honored.
She accepted the Hitmaker Award during the night and gave a special shout to God as well as her mother and sisters, per Billboard.
'Yeah and all the women on my team. I'm blanking right now. Shout-out to all the women in the Bronx, shout-out to all the women in New York. Shout-out to all the women that is in the building right now.'

'I'm obsessed with her, and I feel like all of her songs are hits, even the ones that aren't as big as the others,' she told Billboard.
The Boy's A Lair Pt. 2 singer also revealed a piece of advice that she received from Taylor Swift. The pair notably collaborated on a remix version of Swift's track, Karma.

'The sounds are different, it's similar but different…just stay tuned. Y'all are going to be pleased.' A set release date for the album has yet to announced.
