Emails show Hunter Biden's ex-business partner and impeachment witness Tony Bobulinski offered information to Democrat lawmakers on Joe Biden's links to his son's shady business dealings as early as 2020.
Records also show the businessman offered to turn over his business cell phones to forensic analysts – countering claims from Democrats that he isn't willing to back up his story with evidence.
The emails between Bobulinski and Democrat lawmaker Ro Khanna come from a short documentary released by Tucker Carlson on Tuesday night, with behind-the-scenes footage of Bobulinski during a congressional hearing last month.
The businessman's bombshell evidence he gave to lawmakers includes 2017 text messages between Hunter and other partners in a deal with Chinese government-linked oil giant CEFC, which appear to show them referencing Joe Biden's involvement.
'Don't mention Joe being involved, it's only when u are face to face,' business partner James Gilliar wrote to Bobulinski in a May 20, 2017 WhatsApp text.
A new documentary airing on the Tucker Carlson Network on Tuesday night will include emails and behind-the-scenes footage of Tony Bobulinski's testimony last month
DailyMail.com got a first look at the documentary which shows Bobulinski had offered information regarding Hunter's business deals to Democrat lawmaker Ro Khanna as early as 2020
Bobulinski offered evidence including a May 20, 2017 WhatsApp text he received from business partner James Gilliar urging: 'Don't mention Joe being involved'
Emails, obtained by DailyMail.com from the Tucker Carlson Network, show Bobulinski discussing the scandal with Khanna in November 2020, and offering to meet in 2022
Other texts support Bobulinski's claim that he met with Joe Biden in Los Angeles that month 'to discuss the broad contours of business dealings'.
But Democrat lawmakers, including House Oversight Committee ranking member Jamie Raskin, have cast doubt on Bobulinski's testimony, claiming that he was unwilling to hand over all his data to the FBI.
Bobulisnki first came forward with his allegations that Joe was involved in Hunter's Chinese deal in the fall of 2020.
Emails, obtained by DailyMail.com from the Tucker Carlson Network, show Bobulinski discussing the scandal with California Democrat representative Ro Khanna in November 2020, and offering to meet in 2022.
Khanna is a member of the House Oversight Committee, which is running the impeachment probe into Joe Biden.
'If you are in DC happy to do a mtg in my office on these issues with no phones etc as always listen to all perspectives,' Khanna wrote on October 26, 2022.
'I am happy to hop up to SF to meet in person,' Bobulinski wrote back the same day, but with no apparent reply. 'Now that the midterms are behind us are you up in DC this week?' he wrote a month later on November 15.
'Please let me know if available next week as will meet you in DC or San Francisco,' he wrote on December 2, 2022.
But no meeting appears to have occurred – leaving Bobulinski furious when he testified at the Capitol last month and Khanna exited the hearing.
Carlson's crew followed Bobulinski behind-the-scenes as he prepared for his testimony to Congress on March 20, part of an impeachment investigation into President Joe Biden run by Republicans
Bobulinski was sat beside Lev Parnas, a witness brought by Democrats, who claimed that dirt on the Bidens was Kremlin-backed misinformation pushed by Donald Trump
Producers had Bobulinski equipped with a lapel mic which, during a quiet moment in the hearing, caught Parnas 'threatening' that Bobulinski would 'join' his friend in prison, in an apparent reference to fraudster Jason Galanis, who worked with Hunter's business partners
'I have extensive emails with congressman Ro Khanna in 2021 and 2022 where I begged him and his staff to sit down with me and look at my Blackberry phones that the Democrats are so focused on, to hire forensics experts and go through all of the factual information that I had,' Bobulinski said during the March 20 public congressional hearing.
'So the fact that he did not even address me — and then scurried out of here — is disgusting to me.'
A spokesperson for Khanna said after the hearing: 'Tony reached out a few times and Rep. Khanna was always gracious because he respects Tony's service, but made it clear that any evidence would have to be reviewed through proper committee procedure.'
Federal Election Commission records show Bobulinski has donated over $21,000 to Khanna's campaigns.
Some of the emails were included in a short documentary by the Tucker Carlson Network called The Man in the Arena: Tony Bobulinski, released on X and TuckerCarlson.com on Tuesday evening.
Carlson's crew followed Bobulinski behind-the-scenes as he prepared for his testimony to Congress on March 20, part of an impeachment investigation into President Joe Biden run by Republicans.
It was a fiery hearing that saw allegations of lying and political posturing slung from both sides of the aisle.
The documentary shows Bobulinski, a Navy veteran and former competitive wrestler, bragging that he can do 43 push-ups and exercising in the gym, two hours ahead of facing lawmakers with the world watching.

Despite Bobulinski's proposals, no meeting appears to have occurred – leaving him furious when he testified at the Capitol last month and Khanna exited the hearing
At the hearing Bobulinski was sat beside Lev Parnas, a witness brought by Democrats, who claimed that dirt on the Bidens was Kremlin-backed misinformation pushed by Donald Trump.
Producers had Bobulinski equipped with a lapel mic which, during a quiet moment in the hearing, caught Parnas 'threatening' that Bobulinski would end up in prison.
'Keep talking, you'll join your friend,' Parnas can be heard saying, referring to another witness Jason Galanis, a fraudster who worked with Hunter's business partners and appeared via video link from federal prison.
Bobulinski told Carlson's crew after the exchange the he 'would have had him in a headlock on the ground in like three seconds'.
Carlson told DailyMail.com that Khanna's apparent failure to take Bobulinski up on his offer of opening up his phones is evidence that Democrats were afraid of what they might find.
'If you really wanted to know what Hunter Biden was doing with the Chinese government, you'd ask his business partner Tony Bobulinski,' the former top Fox anchor said.
'Yet somehow no one in Washington wants to hear what he has to say. It tells you a lot.'
Top Oversight Committee democrat Jamie Raskin wrote a letter to the committee in February, slamming Bobulinski for allegedly only offering 'cherry-picked' information.

Joe Biden, seen with his son Hunter in June, has always insisted he was not involved in Hunter's business dealings
Top Oversight Democrat Jamie Raskin have cast doubt on Bobulinski's testimony, claiming that he was unwilling to hand over all his data to the FBI
'Mr. Bobulinski has tried to provide cherry-picked and selective information,' Raskin wrote.
'The day after his press conference hosted by the Trump campaign, on October 23, 2020, Mr. Bobulinski provided a voluntary interview with the FBI on October 23, 2020.
'During this interview, he refused to allow the FBI to make forensic copies of three cell phones that he claimed contained text messages, emails, and other information directly connecting Joe Biden to Hunter Biden's business activities, insisting on showing the agents only select, carefully handpicked documents and messages.'
During a closed-door interview with congressional investigators on February 14, Bobulinski said that he met with the FBI and offered to have his phones imaged and relevant texts sent to agents, but he said they told him their software would not work with his older Blackberry phones.
He declined to let agents take a copy of his entire phone, telling investigators: 'FBI protocol required them to take an image of my phones, and they demanded that they would keep the entire image of my entire phone.
'I was there voluntarily, not under subpoena, so I was under no obligation to give them my entire life, my personal interactions, my family interactions.
'I gave them passwords, and they took -- I had somebody take almost an entire day trying to get those facts off of a Blackberry,' Bobulinski added.
