Jennifer Lopez was spotted leaving her $25million penthouse in Manhattan on Tuesday morning after celebrating Easter in Brooklyn with husband Ben Affleck.

She was accompanied by her assistant who held an umbrella over the singer's head as they made their way to a nearby SUV.

Jennifer, 54, looked glamorous in a brown fur coat as she braved the rainy NYC weather.

Beneath her coat, Jennifer rocked a cropped gray turtleneck top that exposed her toned midriff.

She completed the outfit with skintight black yoga pants and white sneakers.

Her honey-toned hair was styled in a bun and she sported large sunglasses by Dsquared2.

The mother-of-two appeared to be wearing light makeup for her morning outing.

Days earlier, Jennifer was spotted celebrating Easter Sunday with her new husband Ben at Cecconi's restaurant in Brooklyn, New York.

Jennifer — who was born and raised in The Bronx — and the Boston native, 51, are based in Los Angeles but appear to be house hunting in NYC.

They were spotted checking out properties with their real estate agent on Saturday.

Last June, the couple purchased a $60million mansion in swanky Beverly Hills a year after tying the knot.

In September, Jennifer listed her Manhattan penthouse for $25million after taking it off the market in 2021.

She originally purchased the luxurious 10,000-square-foot abode for just over $20million in 2014 and has tried to offload it several times since 2017, according to AD.

Jennifer and Ben touched down in NYC last Sunday with her 16-year-old child Emme, who uses they/them pronouns.

'Spring break,' wrote Jennifer, who shared a photo of herself, Emme and a friend snacking on ice cream at Venchi's to Instagram on Thursday.

The family caught a showing of the Broadway musical Merrily We Roll Along starring Harry Potter's Daniel Radcliffe and Jonathan Groff last Sunday at the Hudson Theatre.

Jennifer shared photos from the 'merry' night with her 253million followers the next day.

She shares Emme and their twin brother Max with her ex-husband Marc Anthony, 55.

Jennifer and Marc have been friendly co-parents since their 2014 divorce.

Upon tying the knot with Ben in 2022, Jennifer also became stepmother to his children whom he welcomed with ex-wife Jennifer Garner: Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.

The singer is getting in plenty of family time before embarking on a summer tour in support of her This Is Me... Now album.

The album — which is inspired by her love story with Ben — officially dropped on February 16.

However, due to poor ticket sales, Jennifer reportedly canceled dates spanning from August 20th through the 31st on her North American tour, according to Variety.

Upon the release of Lopez's ninth studio album, it landed at the number 38 spot on the Billboard 200 chart.

While talking to Entertainment Tonight in February, she revealed to the outlet that she felt 'fulfilled' with the album and hinted that it may possibly also be her last.

'We try to do stuff that's very special for the fans and do collector's items and things like that that they can have forever and ever,' she said of the LP.

'The truth is I don't even know if I'll ever make another album after this,' the performer then admitted.

'It's such the kind of quintessential kind of Jennifer Lopez J.Lo project and I really feel very fulfilled, so they really will be collector's items at a certain point.'
