The man accused of stabbing his girlfriend to death at an Irish pub in New York City was pictured Wednesday during his arraignment.
Marcin Pieciak, 36, was arraigned in his hospital bed on April 3, two days after his arrest for second-degree murder after the alleged fatal knifing of Sarah McNally, 41, at The Ceili House in Queens.
He was remanded and will appear back in court on Friday.
An allegedly crazed Pieciak stabbed to death his girlfriend, McNally, at the pub where she worked, before turning the knife on himself last Saturday.
Pieciak was charged with the murder Monday, in addition to receiving a charge for the criminal possession of a weapon - the bloody knives he used to stab Mcnally in the neck.

Cops raced to the Queens Irish bar at around 6:30 pm on Saturday, after McNally and the alleged attacker both sustained severe knife wounds
At about 6:30 pm on Saturday, Pieciak reportedly burst into the pub and attacked McNally.
When police arrived a short time later, McNally was lying on the floor bleeding from stab wounds to her neck, while Pieciak was bleeding from self-inflicted stab wounds to neck and back as well.
Pieciak reportedly refused to drop the murder weapons in his hands, forcing officers to use a stun gun on him.
Both individuals were taken to NYC Health and Hospitals in Elmhurst. McNally was reportedly dead on arrival, just hours ahead of Easter Sunday.
Pieciak appears to be recovering, though was initially listed as in critical condition.
McNally, originally from Longford, Ireland, had reportedly been living in New York for a decade, and was living with her boyfriend at the time of her murder.
Reports said the couple had no history of domestic violence, however the New York Daily News reported that Pieciak had previously been arrested for domestic violence.
A New York Police Department spokesperson said that Pieciak had no prior arrests with their agency.
No motive for the stabbing has yet been uncovered or reported. The pair had reportedly been living together for several months.
McNally was from the town of Longford in Ireland, where members of her former community are mourning her sudden death.
On Facebook, McNally's aunt Mary wrote: 'Rest in peace my beautiful niece Sarah, we are heart broken, Love you always.'

Longford Municipal District Cathaoirleach Cllr Martin Monahan told the Irish Independent: 'The people of Longford will be saddened and shocked by the sudden demise of a young life, someone who has made a life for herself in New York.'
'For such a young life to be so tragically ended in such violent circumstances, our thoughts and prayers go out to the people in the Queens area of New York that new her and her mother and father in Longford as well as her extended family.'
McNally's mother Dorrie O'Connor told The Irish Mirror: 'My daughter was murdered. There is nothing else to say.'
Mike Lambe, a 62-year-old who lives in the neighborhood told The Post McNally was a 'sweet, innocent girl from Longford' who had worked at the bar for less than a year.
Green, who frequents the pub where the horrifying murder happened, told NY Daily News that he knew the couple well, and he 'still can't believe it.'
'They was (sic) always together,' he said, referring to the alleged killer 'M' as 'cool.'
'Both of them. That’s why it blew my mind a little bit ... Sarah is good people. She helps people. Everybody owes her money.'
