An Ohio man was pummeled by shocked vacationers at a Walt Disney World bar after he allegedly made fun of a guest with Down syndrome in Florida.

Brent George, 61, sparked a four-person fight after allegedly taunting the disabled person while heavily intoxicated, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

He was seen battered and bruised in his mugshot after being charged with four counts of battery following the incident on January 25.

According to his affidavit, George's shocking rant was followed by him shoving and slapping the family, which led them to allegedly hit him with a glass cup and punch him in the head.

The arrest unfolded at the resort's Belle Vue Lounge, a bar found within Disney's Boardwalk Inn, after George had been drinking with his wife and two friends.

Florida officials claimed that the 61-year-old downed three shots of bourbon and a beer at the bar before deciding to approach the group, identified in the complaint as Candace Boyette Goldberg, Wesley Goldberg, Maria Ayalde, and Richard Goldberg.

'With them was an unnamed sister of Wesley and daughter of Candace who is handicapped, has Down syndrome, and is wheelchair bound,' the affidavit obtained by the DailyMail.com said.

According to Wesley Goldberg's version of events in the affidavit, George 'came near their table and started to make fun of his handicapped sister by imitating the grunts that she occasionally made.'

A deputy wrote that George claimed to be 'having a 'good time' with the individuals and then he was attacked by them,' but admitted he 'did not remember anything specific due to being intoxicated.'

His friend Ward Weber reportedly told cops that he saw George 'walk over to the victim's table because they were 'having fun.'

After he allegedly began mocking the woman with Down syndrome, her mother confronted him and asked why he was making fun of her daughter.

George then allegedly shoved her twice in response, before then slapping another guest at the table when she tried to step in, deputies said.

The attack also saw him allegedly hit in the face by a glass drinking cup, and George told deputies he wanted to press charges but did not know who hit him.

The husband of the woman who was slapped was then allegedly punched in the neck by George, which triggered him to punch George in the head in response.

According to the affidavit, Weber said his friend 'was defending himself and heard someone say that they wanted to kill him.'

However, the filing added that he 'did not observe what led up to the confrontation and did not hear anything said between Brent and the other party.'

Amid the drunken scuffle, another bystander then grabbed George and forcibly removed him from the bar, according to the reported affidavit.

George was treated for his injuries by medical staff, but was cleared and transported to the Orange County Jail.

He was charged with four counts of first-degree battery, and has pleaded not guilty. His case docket does not appear to show that he has any upcoming hearings, and the status of the case is unclear as his arraignment that was scheduled for March 13 was canceled.
