UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones broke his silence after reports of an alleged assault surfaced on Saturday.

A drug testing agent from Drug Free Sport International filed a police report, saying Jones threatened to sue her and her colleague and proceeded to issue a death threat. The incident reportedly happened while they tried to collect a urine sample from Jones at his Albuquerque residence on March 30.

On Saturday, Jones posted a video from a camera on his driveway, which showed him walking the agents out after the test.

'I want to address reports about me allegedly threatening a drug tester's life and taking a phone,' Jones wrote on Instagram. 'I want to clarify that there is a video showing both drug testers leaving my home after the testing session, where we exchanged a high five and a hug.'

'Although I was frustrated with the unprofessionalism and used profanity out of frustration it ended friendly and amicably, nothing threatening at all. I was actually celebrating a friend's birthday party at my home, and I believe it's perfectly normal to celebrate in the comfort of my own home.'

A drug testing agent reported that Jones threatened sue her and her colleague on March 30

'I must say, this particular tester behaved quite unprofessionally and even breached standard protocol along with HIPAA laws. Throughout my 20 years of being subjected to drug tests, I have never encountered such an incident with a DCO officer before.'

The video shows Jones without a shirt as he high-fives the female agent. As they keep walking towards the end of the driveway, Jones taps the male colleague on the shoulder.

In a police report from the Albuquerque Police Department, the testing agent claimed that Jones grabbed her phone and began threatening to sue her and her colleague after he refused to take a urine test.

The agent also told the APD that the heavyweight champion threatened their lives before agreeing to take the urine test. According to the report, Jones said: 'Why you f***ing people come so early, do you know what happens to people who come to my house they end up dead.'

The report also noted the smell of an alcoholic beverage coming from Jones and how he agreed to give a urine sample after the alleged threats were made.

Jones made his heavyweight debut in March 2023 and won the vacant title from Ciryl Gane via submission and has not fought since. He was meant to fight Stipe Miocic in the main event of UFC 295 in Madison Square Garden in November before suffering a pectoral injury in training camp.

Jones remains the undisputed heavyweight king as he recovers from his surgery. Meanwhile, British heavyweight star Tom Aspinall holds the interim championship in his absence.
