I want to say thanks to him. He doesn't need to be here. The thing that has bonded us is our passion for this. No matter the other things going on, we both understand that deep inside his DNA this is what he loves, and the same for me.
We have had a blast in this journey creatigng the Final Boss. If you'd have told me he'd have gone down the road of turning heel I'd have said you were insane. But it was right.
New time. New era. We are just getting started. I see this as the launching point.
There were talks of me returning at WrestleMania 39. That didn't shake out. I said to put the pencils down and we would revisit it.
The clear shift of the selling of the company became the impetus to look at doing WrestleMania 40. A lot of things had to come together. I was not worried about the deal, more so adding real value this time around. It's fun to make an appearance one night but I wanted something more substantial.
We are building for the future.
We have the opportunity to hear and listen to the fans. There is a difference. The idea was to come back and face Roman Reigns. As we continued to stand that up, we had an opportunity to listen to the fans and truck through it, but the fans matter, their voices matter.
It became crystal clear to me after Alabama in the ring, a few days after, I was in Hawaii and I remember waking up and having what the pivot should be. Listen to the fans, give them what the have invested in. The idea of Cody Rhodes finishing his story.
I feel great. Body feels great. I just had the time of my life. We had a training camp that lasted 10-12 weeks. The guys I wrestled with tonight are the best on the planet. I flew in a ring and a lot of wrestlers who were amazing and worked to make sure I was prepared.
I have been lucky to have participated in some cool things. There is nothing like performing at WrestleMania in front of your fellow pro wrestlers and thousands of people.
There might be (more matches). I can't elaborate that much on that but I love what I do. We will see.
I think Triple H has done a tremendous job. He has earned every single title. I like ushering in new things and times and eras and it feels like it is a new era. I talked to Triple H earlier and it was a special night for him.
I'm always thinking about 10. We are thinking about the next goal.
For The Rock to pay attention, it speaks on how special The Bloodline is and how we prime this place and make it a destination for everbody. This is the place to be and it is because of us.
This is what I have been dreaming of my whole life. I did not know if it would be possible. But we primed this thing perfectly. We chose to put the Usos, Solo in the spolight, and that is my MO now. This is for real.
This is everyhting to me. I couldn't get away from it if I wanted to. It was a dream being out there with him and a dream being out there with every family member.
It feels bloody fantastic to say the least. I went out there with one of the best, Becky Lynch, and to be abel to go toe-to-toe with her meant the world to me. And to have Motionless in White be there too - I proved once again that Mami is always on top.
Every time I step out there, even away from the crowd, I get to be the genuine person that I am. It is a bit revved up, but it is an organic version of me, how I would say things, how I would react to things.
The Four Horsewomen era will live on forever. They have done so much for the business. We have been showing that there is a shift coming. We don't want them to leave, but they are going to have to move over.
