Now, the biohacker has shared his advice to help you get a more restful sleep and look years younger
'Sleep will give you superpowers,' he explained in the video caption. It’s... the most important thing I do every day.
'I'm going to share with you 10 things that are going to change your life. I had poor sleep my entire life and I just logged what is potentially the best sleep score in human history,' he said at the beginning of the video.
He first noted that you needed to identity as a 'professional sleeper.'
Bryan explained that current 'grind culture' was foolish and by making your rest your number-one priority, your life would be 'easier' and you would look better.
'Level two is to have a consistent bedtime this is really important because you're telling your body we do sleep at this time every day,' he added.
The biohacker said that you should try to aim for an early meal time, so that you could go to bed earlier.
For his third tip, Bryan said that you should establish a 'wind down' routine that helped you prepare for bed every night.
'I would encourage you create a ritual, read a book, go for a walk, do some favorite hobby, but avoid screens and avoid anything that's going to get you aroused, don't have fights, and don't tackle hard problems,' he added.
Next, he said that you should 'eat early,' before revealing that he had his last meal of the day at 11am.

He stressed it didn't mean others had to do the same as him, but he did say that heavy meals before bedtime should be avoided.
Bryan's fifth piece of advice is to 'avoid stimulants or anything that's going to disrupt your sleep, that includes alcohol and caffeine.'
For his sixth tip, he said that you should regulate the light you had in the evening.
'The next thing to do is regulate light in the evening so a few things for you to keep in mind is I have an app on my computer, it eliminates blue light from the screen,' the biohacker added.
He advised wearing blue light glasses if you were watching TV screens.
Bryan then said you should 'maintain an ideal temperature' while you slept.
He explained that while he couldn't suggest a specific number, you should ensure you weren't 'too hot or too cold.'
Bryan also said you should create a 'peaceful environment' for your sleep by making sure it's quiet in your house and by not doing anything other than sleeping in your bedroom.
Lastly, the biohacker advised you try to get natural light within an hour of waking up.
