Country music star Morgan Wallen could have his hopes of opening his honky-tonk bar in Nashville this summer dashed after racking up three felony charges over his alleged drunken escapade last weekend, DailyMail.com can reveal.

The singer, 30, was arrested after throwing a wooden chair over a four-foot wall from a rooftop bar, Chief's on Broadway, during a boozing session on Sunday night.

It has since been revealed that Wallen had been reportedly flirting with a woman minutes before the outburst.

Photos show Wallen - dressed in a baby blue polo, khaki pants, and boots - fiddling with his cap as he chats up a brunette in a black miniskirt alongside two male friends, who can be seen laughing.

Eyewitnesses told TMZ Wallen appeared intoxicated and that a member of Wallen's crew ordered patrons not to take pictures.

The photos were taken at 10:50pm, just moments before he threw the chair and roughly 20 mins before cops handcuffed him.

Wallen was released on bond from a Metropolitan Nashville Police Department just after 3:30am and has since been charged with three counts of felony reckless endangerment and one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

If convicted he could face up to six years in prison and a fine of up to $3,000 for hurling the chair off the roof, nearly hitting cops, according to Tennessee's sentencing guidelines.

But jail time is not all the Last Night singer is risking, with Tennessee's Alcoholic Beverage Commission's (TABC) Fresh Start Act able to ban those who have felony convictions linked to intoxication from obtaining an alcohol license.

Wallen is currently set to open his own bar later this year - named This Bar and Tennessee Kitchen -  in Nashville as a nod to his Tennessee roots.

The six-story bar will be located at 107 4th Avenue North on Lower Broadway and is set to be a live music venue and restaurant.

State guidance seen by DailyMail.com states that those applying for an alcohol license can be rejected if they have convictions within eight years of the application.

The TABC considers the 'nature and seriousness of the crime', as well as the 'relationship between the crime' and the 'purposes of regulating the occupation, profession, business or trade for which the license is sought'.

It is unclear if Wallen has started the application process for his bar and kitchen, which still under construction.

TABC officials did not immediately respond to a request for comment by DailyMail.com.

Wallen is currently advertising for servers, security staff, kitchen workers and bartenders, located just off the city's iconic Broadway.

He is also hiring a VIP table server assistant and VIP cocktail server, who will be required to obtain and maintain their own license by the TABC.

Security staff will be paid $20 to $27 per hour, the only salary revealed in the ads.

Applications are being handled by TC restaurant Group, which currently runs several other bars and establishments along the strip in Nashville.

Lawyers for Wallen say that he is cooperating with authorities following the drunken incident.

DailyMail.com previously revealed the star lost his cool after discovering his former flame Katie 'KT' Smith had eloped with her new fiancé Luke Scornavacco, on April 3 — just five days after they got engaged.

Smith and Scornavacco announced the news on her social media with Smith, 29, holding up a marriage certificate from the Wilson County Clerk's Office in Tennessee as the two grinned at the camera.

She has been updating her fans on their relationship, explaining that on Monday following Wallen's outburst she officially changed her last name to her husbands.

KT had a on and off relationship with Wallen, with the pair sharing three-year-old son Indigo together.

The toddler was there to witness his mom get engaged after Scornavacc, 22, got on one knee on March 29 at Magnolia Farm in Eagleville, Tennessee.

His former lover shared a series of smitten photographs with her new man, and defended herself against those online who questioned the speed of their relationship.

She denied that the nuptial were a shotgun wedding, but joked that 'now we're married we can try all we want', on her Instagram story.

Wallen also proposed to Smith, with the pair dating on and off from December 2016 to November 2019.

The country star was boozing with friends on the top floor of the Chiefs bar, which is open to the public and was not closed for a private party.

Police sources told DailyMail.com that Wallen was kept separate from any other detainees after his arrest, for his own protection.

They added that police didn't 'want' to arrest the Last Night singer, but because the chair plunged so close to a patrol car they 'had no choice'.

Surveillance footage of the incident is understood to have been handed over to police who are probing the incident. Blurry footage obtained by TMZ shows the moment the object fell.

Bystanders claimed that the singer laughed after throwing the chair from the top of the roof, and was arrested and booked shortly after 12:30am.

Wallen's bond was set at $15,250 and he was spotted being shielded by umbrellas as he was released from Davidson County jail around 3:30am.

MNPD released Wallen's mugshot on Monday morning, showing the country music star with a grin on his face after the alleged drunken escapade.

In a statement his attorney Worrick Robinson said: 'At 10:53 pm Sunday evening Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is cooperating fully with authorities.'

The hitmaker is set to appear in court on May 3 – between two scheduled performances at the Nissan Stadium in Nashville from May 2 to May 4 as part of his 'One Night at a Time' Tour.

Wallen could face up to 15 years in jail if he's convicted of the felony charges, and no less than one year.

It is not his first scrape with the law, with Wallen being detained in May 2020 over disorderly conduct at Kid Rock's Honky Tonk bar in downtown Nashville.

The country music star was also arrested at the lower Broadway bar for public intoxication.

He was placed into custody outside Kid Rock's Big Honky Tonk and Steakhouse after reportedly kicking several glass items, according to a Metro Nashville Police Department affidavit.

An officer observed security guards kick Wallen out of the bar due to being disorderly inside.

According to the affidavit, Wallen was given several opportunities by police to walk away with his friends but refused. He was also charged with DUI in 2016 but the case was dismissed.

Chiefs Bar is owned by fellow country artist Eric Church and was celebrating its grand opening over the weekend.
